We were working on helping her fix all the ferals and keeping the kittens to socialize them. She ended up catching these guys and we brough them to the rescue. We named them all after the show S.W.A.T Now he's ready for his new home! Meet SERGEANT DANIEL "HONDO" HARRELSON, a kitten with a big personality. Shy at first, he quickly warms up to reveal his goofy and friendly nature. Independent, yet sociable, he's a bundle of contradictions. HONDO's curiosity knows no bounds, and he's always up for exploring new toys or corners. His bravery shines through during playtime, boldly pouncing on unsuspecting toy spring. HONDO's playful energy is infectious, his antics are sure to keep you entertained. He's more than just a funny furball, he's a companion, a playmate, a confidant. Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability. The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below. PETSMART in Murrieta, California off Madison Avenue in Hemet, California off Florida Avenue in Palm Desert, California off Monterey Avenue or any PETSMART near you! The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Hi! My name is Shiro and I am a handsome boy! I was adopted from OCARC as a tiny kitten about 4 years ago, but my owner recently became ill and unable to continue caring for me. My life was very quiet with just my adopter and I. I am used to a quiet home and I am content to sit with you after a bit of brushing, petting, or playing. Playtime is also fun with mouse on a wire and feather toys! Sitting by a window to watch the birds and critters outside is a treat. I didn't have any furry friends to run around with in my previous home, so I was used to being a solo kitty. I'm a big boy now with large paws to accommodate my 7 front toes and 5 back toes. My foster mom said that makes me a polydactyl, adding to my handsome and unique look! Since I enjoy lots of quiet time, but also enjoy human companionship, I would prefer to share my castle with 1 or 2 grown humans (no little ones) and most likely no other fur friends. My name is Maya and I am hoping my new family will find me soon. I was found abandoned at the Honda Center in Anaheim but I'm now in a loving foster home! I'm a really easy going kitty, and will keep you company whenever you are at home! I love catnip toys, chin scratches, playing in a paper bag, people/bird watching out the window, and just about any food my foster mom gives me. I enjoy being brushed, and will kitty chat to let you know if I want something. I love to snuggle and make kitty biscuits when I'm happy, which is pretty much all the time.
