He particularly loved playing with his higher-energy 2-year-old foster brother, but has been a bit too much for similar-aged foster siblings. He has no doggo experience, but would adapt well with safe introductions. He was found on the street in the cold as a small kitten where he had it rough. His fur is still growing in on his neck when it was shaved to treat in abscess. Now healthy and returning to the lineup…. hide your quarterback, because Blitz is going for the pick-6 on your heart!

Otis is a handsome black-and-white (tuxedo-ish) gentleman, about 4 years old, with a heart full of love and a gentle soul that truly shines once he knows he’s safe. Neutered and vaccinated, Otis has learned to trust and has blossomed into an absolute sweetheart with people. He’s now living comfortably inside his foster home, enjoying the warmth and security of indoor life—especially his cozy sunroom, which he loves. Otis thrives on human attention and enjoys being close to his person. He also has a playful side and may engage in gentle play-biting—never biting down, just grabbing your hand in a playful, affectionate way when he’s feeling silly. He does well with friendly, respectful dogs who won’t chase him. His experience with other cats is unknown, as the resident cat hasn’t been welcoming, so Otis may do best as an only cat or with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Otis is FIV-positive, which simply means he needs to live indoors and receive routine veterinary care. He’s already thriving in his foster home with soft beds, toys, treats, and lots of love.
