Story
Brooks is an extra special sweetie pie -- she has EXTRA TOES! If you love toe beans, this is your girl! Brooks is still a youngster at a year old. She is a very sweet girl. She tends to be more quiet, gets along with other kitties, and loves attention from her people. Brooks would love to go home with another younger kitty. She hasn't really been around kids, but would probably be fine with older kids. We suspect she would do best in a quieter home. She has been around dogs and didn't have much to say about them, but we aren't sure how she would do with a dog in her forever home.

Story
Violet found herself in a predicament in the spring - a mom with six kittens turned into the shelter. This pretty girl did a great job raising her babies despite being very thin and dealing with FIV herself. Now that her kittens are older, she can shine all on her own. Violet is a sweet girl who loves to be petted and really loves people. She, however, is not all that happy with the other foster cats in the house. She gets along with some of them, but not others. She would really like a nice quiet place to be loved on where she isn't overshadowed by kittens and she can be the star of the show. She's a little grumbly sometimes, as we can all be when we're annoyed and overstimulated. We're hoping a great quiet family gives this pretty girl a chance at the good life. She deserves it! As we mentioned, Violet has FIV, which means her immune system is compromised. She has done very well in her foster home despite being here with a number of other cats and germs. She has never hinted at biting any of the other cats, which is how FIV would be spread if it were to be transmitted. She would just need to be kept current on vet visits, vaccines, flea treatment, etc., like any kitty would need, and she needs to be indoor only.

Chaplin is the only boy of the triplets we caught in April. He was wild when he first joined us, but has decided that he likes people. He especially likes people who feed him Churus!
