He will need a very specific adopter) Meet Yoshi! 🐶✨ A 6-year-old Maltese–Bichon with big personality, big feelings, and an even bigger love of snuggles (on his terms). 🎾 Throws his own ball like a self-entertaining pro 🍩 Spins into a happy “donut curl” when excited 🧸 Loves calm, one-on-one snuggle time ☀️ Sunbathes like it’s his full-time job 🎬 Perfect movie-night companion 💛 Why he’s being rehomed Yoshi was adopted five years ago when his person worked from home, but life has changed—his owner is now a touring musician who is often away and frequently moving. The constant change and lack of stability has been very stressful for Yoshi, especially given his anxiety and sensitivity to new people. 🧠 Personality & needs Yoshi is sweet and goofy in a calm home, but: 👥 Very reactive to multiple people 🚫 Not suitable for kids ⚠️ Food/resource guarding 🧍‍♂️ Does best with one trusted person and predictable routine He can relax, snuggle, and be playful when life is quiet and structured. ⚠️ Health & behavior Resource guarding, anxiety, reactivity Hip dysplasia (managed with supplements) Sensitive stomach Currently only on glucosamine 💌 Ideal home One calm, consistent adult Low-stimulation environment Experience with or patience for behavior needs Yoshi isn’t an easy dog—but with the right person, he’s a deeply loyal, funny, and affectionate little companion 💛
