He desperately needs a person to call his own. A retired couple, a single person that just needs a loveable companion he is adaptable. Havanese mix is best estimate., 23 pounds, he is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, just needing neuter. Located in western Washington transport is provided within the Pacific northwest.
