Story
Felix is a sweet 6-year-old Goldendoodle weighing in at around 70 pounds, and he’s ready to find his forever family! This handsome guy is incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and happiest when he’s close to his people. Felix loves to snuggle and is the kind of dog who will happily curl up beside you and enjoy some quality time together. He does well with adults and older children and would love a home where he can be part of the family and soak up all the love he deserves. Felix is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and will come with professional on-leash training to help set him and his new family up for success. He’s a happy, affectionate guy with so much love to give. Felix is looking for a forever home where he can be loved, included, and appreciated for the wonderful dog he is. If you’re looking for a big, lovable companion who would happily trade a walk for some couch cuddles afterward, Felix might just be your perfect match.

Story
Penny is a 5-year-old Cavapoo who is looking for a home where she can continue to build on all the progress she has made. Penny came to us after having some behavioral struggles in her previous home, including reactivity toward dogs and people and resource guarding. Since coming into our care and going through training, we have not seen any of those behaviors in her foster home. She has been doing really well and is showing us what a sweet, lovable little dog she can be when given the right structure and support. Penny loves to snuggle and be close to her people, but she also appreciates having some time to herself. She does well with other dogs, although she doesn't seem particularly interested in playing with them. She's perfectly happy doing her own thing and doesn't need a canine best friend to be happy. Penny is crate trained and will come with four professional on-leash training sessions to help her new family continue building on the foundation she has already established. Like any dog, Penny will do best with a family who is committed to consistency, structure, and continuing the work that has helped her thrive. At this time, we believe Penny would be fine with another dog or older children in the home she just would not interact with either very much. If you're looking for a sweet little companion who has worked hard to overcome some challenges and is ready for her next chapter, Penny may be your girl.
