Shaggy is two year old, 5 lb Miniature Poodle/Yorkshire Terrier mix. Foster mom says that he is a very sweet boy and a total lap dog. He just wants to be with his people as much as possible. He gets along with the other small dog in his foster home, and they love to run zoomies around the backyard. He is house trained, doesn’t mind being in his crate and sleeps in his crate all night, although he could be persuaded to sleep in bed with his people if allowed. One of his favorite things is snuggling on the bed first thing in the morning after going out to do his potty. He’s not an indiscriminate barker, but he will let you know if there’s someone at the door or if there’s an unfamiliar noise in the house. He’s a bit cautious of newcomers to the house but warms up quickly. Please submit your application to adopt Shaggy, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
