Meet Fiji Fiji is a stunning Himalayan Siamese with a soft, luxurious coat and deep, expressive eyes—but her journey hasn’t been easy. This sweet girl has been surrendered to Austin Siamese Rescue not once, but twice—both times through no fault of her own. Most recently, her loving adopter could no longer care for her due to physical limitations, and before that, Fiji was an owner surrender. Now, we’re determined to find this gentle soul the forever home she truly deserves. Fiji is the epitome of grace—shy at first, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into the most affectionate cuddle buddy.  She also has a bit of an adventurous side: she loved traveling in an RV with her previous adopters and did well on the road. She may enjoy accompanying you on peaceful travels or short trips, as long as she feels secure.  She’s not a high-energy kitty and may be a bit hesitant with toys—possibly because she’s declawed and has sensitive feet—but she’s content lounging nearby, watching the world go by with a calm presence. Fiji would do best in a quieter home with patient humans and possibly one other calm, friendly cat.
