But no one did. Then he waited for an adopter to notice him… and waited some more. As days turned into weeks, Knox was quietly passed over for smaller, fluffier dogs. Big dogs—especially huskies—often are. After 129 days of waiting, Knox needed a plan. Fast. That’s when The Misfit Ranch stepped in and brought him to safety. And here’s the thing: Knox wasn’t just a shelter dog—he was a favorite. Loved by staff and volunteers alike (which tells you everything). Gorgeous and lovable? Yes, please.
