How this pet arrived: Dash was brought in by their previous owner on January 3rd, 2025 Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Dash - a young hero in training who's still learning that the world beyond the island can be a safe and friendly place. Like many supers just discovering their powers, Dash can be a bit cautious at first, but with patience and a calm, steady approach, his sweet and sensitive nature begins to shine. He may seem a little reserved on first meeting, but once trust is earned, you'll see the makings of a truly incredible companion. He's not walking on leash just yet, so Dash will need a fully enclosed outdoor space where he can safely potty and explore, along with a cozy, low-key spot where he can retreat and recharge between missions. Dash would do best in a home with children ages 8 and up, and all family members should be present for the meet-and-greet. With encouragement, consistency, and a little belief in his super potential, Dash is ready to become someone's everyday hero! At SDHS:Dash has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Zoe, her gorgeous fluffy coat is just waiting to be admired and her personality will put her over the top and she will be your number one pick! Though shy at first, Zoe is a real go getter once she gets to know you. She loves giving hugs, playing fetch, going on car rides, and just getting the attentions she deserves (preferably all to herself). Zoe may prefer to be the only pup in the home, and she'd do best without young kids. If you do have another dog, we'd love to set up a meet-and-greet to make sure it's a good match. Roxanne is a total sweetheart who lives for pets, attention, and hopping in the car for a ride. She's crate trained and potty trained, but if left to her own devices she might put her creativity to work-so a cozy crate routine helps keep her out of trouble. Roxanne would love to be your one-and-only pup. She prefers not to share her prized possessions (like food and toys) with other dogs and truly shines when she doesn't have to compete for attention. With new people, she can be a little shy at first, but give her some space and she'll happily come say hello on her own terms.
