Aspen is currently almost two years old. He is 1 year and 9 months old. I have had him since he was 3 months old. Unfortunately my work schedule changed quite drastically from when I first got him. I want him to be able to spend time with people and have a proper home to be able to run around and use all that husky energy in.

WATCH MY VIDEO...Meet Moses, a handsome 4 year old Alaskan Husky mix who is patiently waiting for the family who will make him feel right at home. Moses is a sweet, gentle boy with a wonderful personality. He is friendly, affectionate, and enjoys spending time with people, but he also has an independent side that makes him perfectly happy exploring the world around him. He loves to investigate his surroundings and would make a great companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and outdoor adventures. Moses walks well on leash and is a pleasure to take out for some fresh air and exercise. He is also highly motivated by treats and consistently responds to the “sit” cue, so he is ready to continue learning with his new family. Our volunteers describe him as very active, treat motivated, friendly, and affectionate. They also feel he seems to be housebroken. Moses enjoys attention and affection, but he does not need to be the center of attention every minute. He is perfectly content to spend some time doing his own thing too, which makes him a wonderful balance of loving companion and independent explorer. If you are looking for a sweet, gentle dog who enjoys walks, treats, exploring, and spending time with his people, Moses could be the boy you have been waiting for. He has been waiting patiently for his family. Maybe he has been waiting for you.

WATCH MY VIDEO...Blue is a stunning 5-year-old Siberian Husky mix with a one-of-a-kind look and an equally beautiful personality. She came to us from another shelter, so we don’t know much about her past, but since our team has been working with her, Blue has shown everyone what a loving and gentle dog she truly is. Blue is sweet, affectionate, and easy to spend time with. She takes treats very gently, especially if freeze-dried chicken is involved! She walks nicely on leash, appears to be housebroken, and enjoys exploring the outdoors with lots of sniffing and running around to burn off some energy. Once she’s gotten her exercise in, Blue is more than ready to settle down for pets, affection, and quality time with her people. One of Blue’s favorite things is leaning into you while being pet, soaking up every bit of love and attention. She has a calm, affectionate side that balances perfectly with her playful and active nature. She’s the kind of dog who would enjoy adventures outside just as much as relaxing with her family afterward. Blue is simply a good dog; adorable, loving, well-mannered, and full of potential to become an amazing companion. We truly believe she will make a wonderful family pet for someone lucky enough to bring her home.
