Meet Sox! She came to TCHS with her siblings. Sox is a Velcro dog; she loves being right next to her humans. When she's not at your side, she can be found chasing and wrestling her siblings! Her favorite sleeping spot is on a cozy blanket. She is easily spooked by loud, sudden noises. She has met and done well with other dogs and children, but she has not met cats. All introductions to new places and faces should be done slowly! ***POLKA DOT COLLAR*** *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals. Meet Kyiah! She is a sweet girl who's ready for her new home. Kyiah is used to having a scheduled routine for potty breaks. She's still working on it but getting better every day. We are so proud of her! Kyiah has met cats and other dogs and did well with them. She has not met small children. Slow and proper introductions to resident pets and children are always recommended when bringing home a new animal. Ask a TCHS staff member for more information! Kyiah would love to have durable toys to chew on and keep her entertained. Patient and consistent training using treats is a good way to work on obedience cues.
