Story
Deniji is a good boy. He just needs lots of attention more than we can give at this time in our lives. He is going on 12 years old. He is very attached to us. He is NOT socialized. He will tell you when he feels threatened. He is very skiddish. He hasn’t bitten anyone because of isolation from any human contact except us. He has shots up to date. No health issues. We have never taken any of them to the vet for anything but shots. He is beautiful with very thick coat of black and white furr. Bright blue eyes. He adores ice cubes or water. he will be the first the look for food if you drop it. He will “sing” if you prompt him too. Howling wise. I feel we have given him a good life for these years but now it’s time to move on.

Story
Location: Lynd, MN Hi! My name is Hip Hop! I was adopted initially as a younger pup, but sadly my person had to move across the country & couldn’t take me with. I was really sad about that! I do love my foster family I’m at now though! I can sit like a good girl & lay down. I even stay quiet all night in my kennel & happily go in there. I previously was a frequent flyer at the local doggy daycare so I really love other dogs too! I really enjoying romping around with the four dogs here! I also LOVE being outside! I am half Siberian husky so that isn’t surprising to anyone! I also get along well with the cats here too. The female cats kind of scare me so I don’t mess with them! There are small kids here & it took me awhile to adjust to them, but I do really like them. Their fast movements really startled me at first, but I am pretty used to it now! Sometimes they drop food & I’m never mad about that! However, I would do best in a home with kids ages 8 years and above! My former adopters said I was potty trained, but I did have some accidents here - regression can be normal in new places. I really like water so I’m learning how to drink an appropriate amount without overdoing it & since I’m figuring that out I am doing really great without any accidents inside! Everyone loves to comment about my pretty eyes & I can be a “talker” sometimes which everyone thinks is pretty funny! Does it sound like you could be my fur-ever home?! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. Story
Location: Hanover, MN Mateo is 2 years old and full of so much love. Huge snuggler. He’s smart, affectionate, and always ready for adventure. He’s dog-friendly and very excited to meet new people. He’s highly motivated by food and praise and is working on keeping all four paws on the floor when he gets excited. He’ll need a committed adopter who will continue his training with structure and positive reinforcement. With his high energy level, Mateo will thrive in an active home and would love activities like hiking, running, bikejoring, or skijoring. He wants to be wherever his people are — whether that’s on the couch, in the kitchen, or heading out on your next adventure. Mateo has a high prey drive and cannot live with cats or small animals. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who will work hard, play hard, and love you endlessly, Mateo might be your guy. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Buffalo, MN Looking for the sweetest girl? You came to the right dog. Maxine loves loves people. There isn’t a person she doesn’t like. She’s also fostered with other dogs and a cat and great with all! Young kids? Great with them too! She does not care for the crate so needs a more sturdy one and she can easily jump a 4 foot fence so either no fence or a 6 foot fence would be best. The good news? She’s amazing on the leash! The perfect girl to take on walks. She’s also never had an accident in the house. She’s a gem! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Buffalo, MN Shalla is an old soul with a youthful heart. There’s a gentle wisdom about her that’s apparent the moment you see her—but step closer, and she’ll happily surprise you with joyful hops and rapid‑fire kisses. She’s the kind of dog who reminds you that some hearts stay forever young. Shalla has spent much of her life being a devoted mama, and now it’s her turn to be cared for. And care for her you will—because she is stunning. From her beautifully lined eyes to her glowing golden coat, she turns heads wherever she goes. We aren’t quite sure of her breed, but she has the majestic face of a wolf paired with big, elegant paws—though she’s not especially tall. Her coat is thick, sleek, and surprisingly easy to maintain considering how full it is. Shalla would thrive in a home with people around most of the time. She loves kids and enjoys being part of the action. She’s polite with other dogs—she likes them well enough but doesn’t necessarily need a canine companion to be happy. What she does need is togetherness. Shalla doesn’t love being alone, and adopters should be prepared to use a heavy‑duty crate and possibly medication when away from home. Aside from that, she is an amazing, well‑behaved dog who simply wants to be close to her people. And yes—we know you’re wondering—she has had zero accidents. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will soak up every moment by your side, Shalla is ready to finally be someone’s “baby.” --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
