Story
Meet Tobi – Your Next Cuddle Buddy & Serenade Star! Age: 8 years | Breed: Shepherd Mix | Weight: ~60 lbs Adoption Fee: $275 (Thanks to a generous sponsor who covered $100!) Spayed: Yes Hello there! My name is Tobi , and I’m on the search for a new forever home after my previous owner passed away. Life hasn’t been the same since, but I haven’t lost my loving heart or hopeful spirit. I know there’s someone out there who can give me the calm, caring home I’m dreaming of. I’m a super-friendly gal who lives for belly rubs, cuddles, and quality time with my people. I may be 8, but I’ve got plenty of love (and a little bit of sass) to share. One thing you should know—I’ve got a voice ! I’m known for “singing” when I get lonely or excited, so if you're looking for a dog with a little personality (and a vocal range), I just might be your girl. I get along well with larger dogs though I need my own feeding space and I am looking for a cat free home . I’m potty trained (with a good routine), I can be crate trained I'm currently just taking glucosamine to keep me feeling good. Tobi would thrive in a home where she can feel safe, loved, and part of the family. She’s ready to give her whole heart to the right person—could that be you? Ready to meet Tobi and welcome her sweet, soulful presence into your life? Apply today and give this lovely girl the second chance she deserves. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.)  Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine.  $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal.   Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience.  We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Thank you for understanding our mission to reduce overpopulation.  Once you submit your application, our adoption manager will be in touch, so please check your spam folder if you do not see something from us within 7-10 days.  Thank you again for your interest in a Grey Face senior. We appreciate your support!   October 11, 2025, 9:59 pm

Please help ! We need to find a home for him sooner than laterDeniji is a good boy. He just needs lots of attention more than we can give at this time in our lives. He is going on 12 years old. He is very attached to us. He is NOT socialized. He will tell you when he feels threatened. He is very skiddish. He hasn’t bitten anyone because of isolation from any human contact except us. He has shots up to date. No health issues. We have never taken any of them to the vet for anything but shots. He is beautiful with very thick coat of black and white furr. Bright blue eyes. He adores ice cubes or water.he will be the first the look for food if you drop it. He will “sing” if you prompt him too. Howling wise. I feel we have given him a good life for these years but now it’s time to move on.

Story
Location: Hastings, MN Hi, I’m Katya! I’m a big, beautiful, majestic creature that recently arrived from the Rez. I have beautiful eyes and a big fluffy husky coat. My foster mom says my nickname is Maleficent for my large, unique size and calm, collected demeanor. I have met a few dogs now, and I am friendly but also take time to build trust. Once I do, I warm up and start to get playful. I’ve really grown to love my foster sister. My foster home has kitties; at first I was unsure but I’ve really warmed up to them. I just keep my distance and go about my way. I do not chase, so I could live in a home with a calm, cool cat. I’m very relaxed and enjoy chewing on a bone and napping on the deck especially on the chilly days. I have low energy, but also love a good run around the yard. I am searching for a calm, happy home to settle down in and grow to be an amazing family member and partner. If you think that’s you, then I would love to meet you! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Prior Lake, MN Hi, I’m Tonie! I’m just one big happy girl who is eager to please and play. I recently arrived from the Rez and really enjoy running around the yard getting my zoomies out. I am starting to play catch with my foster mom, and really loving playing with toys. I have some energy, so an active family will be best for me to thrive. I can also be relaxed, and love to chew on a bone and take a good nap in the sun. Especially on the chillier days I love sleeping outside, it feels like home. I’m am very dog friendly, eager to make friends and have play dates. I am so happy to be safe and loved. I have grown fond of the kids here and they love to play with calling me the “husky police dog. ” I am working on my training - learning to not be so jumpy and to sit! I have a lot of motivation to listen to commands and come to my name very well. I’m continuing my crate training but do very well in my own area with a bed. Overall, I am such a spunky happy girl with a lot of potential to grow into a fantastic dog with some good training and lots of love. If you’re looking for a fun, happy go lucky girl, then that could be me! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Buffalo, MN Looking for a dog that likes to keep your yard clean and jump the fence to poop in the neighbors? Don't worry, she comes right back. Or one that enjoys cats - to the point she licks them. Oh and people.. if you need daily hugs, she will give them to you! Snuggles? She's got them. Not great in a kennel? Her too. Looking for a dog to put a fun eye patch on? She'll let ya since she can't see out of one side (aka the eye is gone) Dogs? Yup she likes them too. She likes to play rough . It makes up for the missing eye. Office friend? She's your girl and watches you (depending what side her head is if its the one with an eye or not) quietly slave away to pay for a sturdy kennel, food, and paying the neighbors for pooping in their yard. Don't like dog kisses? She's not for you then. Walking on a leash? A+++ If dogs had Tinder, we know her inbox would be full. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Northfield, MN Shalla is an old soul with a youthful heart. There’s a gentle wisdom about her that’s apparent the moment you see her—but step closer, and she’ll happily surprise you with joyful hops and rapid‑fire kisses. She’s the kind of dog who reminds you that some hearts stay forever young. Shalla has spent much of her life being a devoted mama, and now it’s her turn to be cared for. And care for her you will—because she is stunning. From her beautifully lined eyes to her glowing golden coat, she turns heads wherever she goes. We aren’t quite sure of her breed, but she has the majestic face of a wolf paired with big, elegant paws—though she’s not especially tall. Her coat is thick, sleek, and surprisingly easy to maintain considering how full it is. Shalla would thrive in a home with people around most of the time. She loves kids and enjoys being part of the action. She’s polite with other dogs—she likes them well enough but doesn’t necessarily need a canine companion to be happy. What she does need is togetherness. Shalla doesn’t love being alone, and adopters should be prepared to use a heavy‑duty crate and possibly medication when away from home. Aside from that, she is an amazing, well‑behaved dog who simply wants to be close to her people. And yes—we know you’re wondering—she has had zero accidents. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will soak up every moment by your side, Shalla is ready to finally be someone’s “baby.” --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Plymouth, MN Madeleine (a.k.a. Maddie) is a lovely pup who loves to be near her people. She plays well with other dogs and enjoys running around. Maddie is potty trained and hasn’t had an accident. She doesn’t love her kennel, but will go in when needed. She’s only kenneled when I’m not home, but feel she would be fine left out if not home. Maddie is great with kids and people. She loves snuggling on the couch and is pretty calm natured. She’s definitely up for a walk, but can chill too. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
