Story
I have an almost 6 year old husky (will be 6 years on August 20th) that I need to unfortunately rehome ASAP. Things he likes: car rides, swimming, dog parks, doggy daycare. Things he doesn't like: absolutely no cats (he will kill them), no other dogs (he doesn't like other dogs in his home). Things I will need to change over to new owners: he has a fido alert that I will change to new owners names, microchip with 24/7 petwatch, and his dog license. Things he will come with: any food and treats I have left over, toys, leash, collar, muzzle (if wanted), a couple harnesses, folder with vet papers, and a blanket. Requirements for adoption: you need to have owned a husky before, absolutely (I can't say this enough) absolutely no other pets, a vet reference, and a visit to your home to see where he will be living.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sasha has been waiting for her forever home since May 2024, and she's more than ready to find the family she's been dreaming of. This very sweet girl loves people and is happiest when she's out exploring or spending time with her favorite humans. Sasha is smart, active, and knows her basic commands. She loves going on runs, hikes, playing fetch, and staying busy, making her the perfect companion for an active person or family. Because of her breed, Sasha's adopters should understand the needs of intelligent, working dogs. She will do best in an active home with a securely fenced yard, where she won't be left alone for long periods. With plenty of exercise, attention, and love, she'll reward her family with endless loyalty and affection. Sasha's story began when she was left behind at a hotel in San Antonio after her family checked out. Thankfully, the hotel reached out for help, and she's been safe with us ever since. Now all she wants is the loving forever home she deserves. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, 4DX test, ProHeart 12, and Bravecto. Sasha is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Oregon (Portland), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and locations along the East Coast for an additional $250 transport fee. (We cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.) If you'd like to meet Sasha, the first step is to complete an adoption application at www.adoggie4you.org.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 11, 2026, 1:45 pm
