Makoons is looking for a home with no other pets and no children.Makoons has a history that suggests he was mishandled with a training collar, and our dedicated team is currently helping him rebuild confidence through positive reinforcement and basic obedience. Because of this, he will do best in a home that avoids these training tools, ensuring he continues to progress. Beyond his independent streak, Makoons is intelligent, funny, and full of charm. He already knows many tricks and is eager to learn more! He’s a fantastic dog with a big heart, and we can’t wait to help him find the right home—one that appreciates his spirit and provides the care he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a touch of wit and independence, Makoons may just be the perfect match for you.
