Meet Blondie, an absolutely endearing 8-year-old, 25 pound mini golden doodle with an engaging personality! Blondie is instant friends with everyone she meets. Wagging tail, smiling face, obsessed with being petted-she has it all! As a former puppy mill mama, she is so appreciative of love and affection. Blondie gets along great with other dogs and cats. She’s a bit chubby and would benefit from regular exercise, a healthy diet and a routine to help her learn house training and leash skills. If you’re looking for a super friendly little dog who is full of cuddles and eager to please, apply for Blondie today! Blondie is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $300.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Come meet me and hundreds of adoptable pets at Cincinnati's mega adoption event, My Furry Valentine! Saturday, February 21st and Sunday February 22nd at Spooky Nook Sports! Beya – 8 months old – Goldendoodle – ~25 lbs Meet Beya, a happy, bouncy Goldendoodle puppy with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life! At just seven months old, she’s still very much in her fun, playful stage and is always ready for an adventure. Beya loves other dogs and has done wonderfully with every pup she’s met. She’s social, friendly, and a little goofy in the best way. She would likely thrive in a home with another playful dog or an active family to help her burn off that puppy energy. She enjoys meeting new people and is working on her manners as she grows. Like many young doodles, she can get excited and may jump up to say hello, so a home with older or sturdy kids would be ideal while she continues to learn. Beya is crate trained and doing well with her house habits when kept on a routine. She’s a smart, affectionate girl who loves attention and being part of the action. Like all doodles, she’ll need regular grooming and coat maintenance to keep her looking and feeling her best. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, energetic companion to join you on walks, playtime, and couch snuggles, Beya might be your perfect match! Beya is being fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Her adoption fee is $400.00. Story
Come meet me and hundreds of adoptable pets at Cincinnati's mega adoption event, My Furry Valentine! Saturday, February 21st and Sunday February 22nd at Spooky Nook Sports! Meet Daisy – A Gentle Soul Seeking a Calm and Loving Home Daisy is a sweet, 4-year-old Goldendoodle who has spent much of her life in a cage, but she is now ready to start a new chapter with someone who can offer her the patience and understanding she needs. Weighing in at about 70 pounds, she is a gentle and loving dog who thrives in a quiet, peaceful environment. Though she’s still learning about the world outside of her cage, she has a big heart and is slowly becoming more comfortable with her new experiences. While she can be a little shy at first, especially with loud noises, new places, or the TV, she’s very gentle and housebroken, making her a great companion for a family looking for a calm, low-key pet. She’s good with kids and doesn’t resource guard. She has not been out on a leash yet. Daisy will need a patient person or family who understands that she might need a little extra time to adjust to new things, like going outside or being in unfamiliar situations. She’ll need a quiet space where she can relax and just be herself. With time, she will learn to feel more secure, and her true personality will shine through. She loves to sit quietly next to her human and is happiest when she feels safe and relaxed. If you're looking for a quiet girl, she will make a good companion animal. Daisy is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $400.00.
