When a dog is placed into our adoption program, it means they have shown friendly behavior toward people and other dogs, and no negative behaviors have been observed in our shelter environment. If you already have a dog at home, we encourage you to bring them to the shelter for an official meet-and-greet to help ensure a smooth and happy introduction.
