Meet Kevin, a 10-month-old Husky/Great Pyrenees mix who’s as handsome as he is lovable! 🐶💙 Kevin weighs about 50–60 lbs and has the best of both breeds — the Husky’s talkative charm and the Pyrenees’ loyal heart. He’s potty trained and crate trained, and he’s never shy about letting you know when it’s time for some fun! 🎾 This high-energy pup would love an active family who enjoys walks, hikes, or playtime in the yard. He’s great with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine playmate to match his energy! He’s also good with kids, though due to his size and enthusiasm, we recommend children 8 years and older. Meet Reba! A 2 year old husky who was scared and lonely prior to finding herself in rescue. She was dumped at a grocery store pregnant, delivering her puppies by herself, keeping them safe and fed. Reba is a calm and loyal girl. She is on medication for anxiety which is very affordable. She does need patient gentle touch and time to adjust to new environments. Reba has a fear of cars but is working on accepting them as fun. Reba enjoys a slow pace of life. If you want to go on a walk she will but is also content being with her people. She has bonded well with her foster parents enjoying a safe place to live and now needs her forever home. Reba will do best as an only dog. Reba is being fostered in Killen, Alabama. We have had Ailoy for a few years now. She is a wonderful girl and so sweet. She was adopted from a hard situation and can be very timid. But she’s never been aggressive. She loves being with other dogs and is very sweet with children. Since we had our baby however, she has gotten very anxious and been unable to remain out of her crate when we are away from home which is about 9 hours a day. She would flourish in a calm environment where walks and schedule are very consistent and her natural curiosity and mischievous nature can be entertained and nourished in a better way. We feel she would do better in a home where people are around more often and she is able to relax and receive all the love and care she deserves.
