Meet Juneau 💛Juneau is a beautiful 3.5-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix with soulful eyes and a gentle heart. This sweet girl absolutely loves meeting new people and will happily greet you with a soft tail wag and curious smile. She thrives on calm companionship and forms deep bonds with her trusted humans.When Juneau first came to us, she was battling a severe skin infection that clearly made her uncomfortable and sensitive to touch. Because of that painful experience, she can still be a bit cautious about handling-especially unexpected or rough petting. The good news? Her skin is healing beautifully with medication, and as she continues to feel better, her confidence grows too.We also suspect Juneau may have allergies, so she is currently on a special diet trial to help pinpoint any sensitivities and keep her feeling her best. Her future family should be prepared to continue working with a veterinarian to support her skin and overall health.Juneau would do best in a calm, adult-only home without children, where her boundaries are respected and she can continue building positive associations with gentle touch. With patience, understanding, and lots of love, Juneau will reward her family with unwavering loyalty, affection, and companionship.If you're looking for a sweet, sensitive soul who just needs a little extra understanding, Juneau might be your perfect match. 🐾If you think you could be Juneau's forever home, please fill out an online application.
