With his gentle nature and charming personality, Kronk has a way of making everyone around him smile. He has lived with older children before and did wonderfully, making him a great fit for a family looking for a loyal and affectionate companion.Kronk would likely do best as the only animal in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention for himself and truly shine as the center of your world. This prince of a pup is eager for fun adventures-whether that means exploring the outdoors, going for walks, or just relaxing at home being adored. He thrives when he's doted on (as he deserves!) and enjoys learning about life through positive reinforcement and encouragement. If you're looking for a loving, adventure-ready husky who's ready to be your one and only, Kronk may be the perfect match for you. 💙🐾 Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: Sable Weight: 30.1 Age: 3yrs 0mths 0wks

Story
My name is RANGO (Bango) and here is a little info about me:Breed: HuskyAge: 2 yrsGender: makeWeight: 30 kgCountry of origin: Middle EastHighlights: sweet, calm, intelligent, playful, curious, loyal Just a sweet boy awaiting his forever home. Hoping you see the loving-kindness on my face. While feeding stray dogs my rescuer saw me. I was skinny, scared, and kept my distance. But over time, I learned to trust my rescuer. Now I stay in a temporary place where she visits and feeds me every day. Where I stay is in a field without shelter and it‘s extremely hot!My country is terribly hot this time of year and I am having a very difficult time. Can you imagine with my husky coat? The problem is they can't keep me in the field for very much longer. The authoritues and neighbors create a potential danger.I get along fine with other dogs and people, including men. And while there is no video proof, my rescuer states I get along with kids too.I am a stunning Siberian with a heart full of adventure and eyes that tell a story of resilience. But I'm not just a beautiful face — I display a loyal and ready to deeply bond attitude with my forever person. As Huskies are quite intelligent. Also, we are generally known for being fairly energetic. I have a playful, curious spirit and love long walks, sniffing out new places, and of course, the occasional zoomies in the yard. I'm great on leash, eager to explore, and always up for a new experience, whether it's a hike in nature or a quiet evening at home. While I am full of energy, I also have a calm, gentle side. I enjoy affection, and once I trust you, I become your loyal shadow. I've been socialized well and do great with dogs and kids , but not tested with cats.I have one specific rule: Due to Resource Guarding, I am protective of my food and must always be fed in my own space.I learn quickly and responds well to positive reinforcement. I'd thrive in a home that understands Husky needs, mental stimulation, regular exercise, and plenty of love. Video with child https://youtube.com/shorts/8bVW4vJcrQI. Energy Level: moderateI get along with:Dogs: yesCats: unknownKids: yes Fears: none observed. Please be patient assisting me in my transition.Training: Leash skills: some. Please be prepared to continue training.House trained: Yes. Please be patient and  show me where to do my job in new home Health notes:I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. My adoption fee is $800.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. While our rescuers always seek a flight without a charge, there is the possibility of a passenger fee, not to exceed $300. Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in - at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. You will NOT be asked to pay a passenger fee on top of the cargo fee. [MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.[TURKEY] Dogs from Turkey receive a 4D SNAP test to include Leishmania, Heartworm, Ehrlichia, & Anaplasma, as well as Giardia, Parvo, Corona & Distemper. ##2414995##

Story
**Note: Currently, Saenan is in Korea, but will arrive in Vancouver upon adoption. For more info about the dog or the adoption application, please follow the link below. https://www.freekoreandogs.org/dog/saenan/ ------------------------------ Background: Beautiful Saenan was rescued from a city pound in Sangju, Korea, last winter. Since then, he’s been living safely at our partner boarding house, sharing his days with other rescue dogs. Personality & Socialization: Saenan is a happy, bright boy with a big heart. He loves to play with other dogs. Especially those who enjoy running and chasing just like him. Being a Husky, he’s full of energy and joy, and outdoor playtime is truly his favorite part of the day. When it comes to other dogs, Saenan has been very sociable and well-mannered. He spends most of his time with dogs around his size, and he’s always comfortable and loving in their company. He gets along easily and enjoys being part of the group. Saenan is also very affectionate and friendly with people, men, women, and even new faces. He warms up quickly to anyone who shows him kindness and loves being close to his humans. Behaviours: Saenan has been an easygoing dog since joining our adoption program. He rides well in the car, does fine during baths and vet visits, and follows his human’s lead nicely. He does not howl. We have never heard him howl. He enjoys a calm, happy routine and a peaceful home environment. After his outdoor play sessions, he relaxes quietly and enjoys cuddling or resting beside his friends. Saenan walks well on leash and hasn’t shown destructive behaviors. Health & Diet: When rescued, Saenan was treated for heartworm and has made a full recovery. He is now healthy, happy, and ready for his forever home. He’s neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and on monthly parasite prevention. He eats dry food twice a day and has shown no allergies. Ideal Home: Saenan would do best with someone familiar with the Husky breed. Ideally, a family who understands their energy and exercise needs. He would love a home with another friendly, playful dog around his size to keep him company and share his adventures. An active person or family who enjoys outdoor activities would be a perfect match for him. Saenan is very loyal, smart, and loving, whoever welcomes him home will be very lucky to have such a faithful companion. Good with dogs,
Story
Hi… I’m Lala 💕 I’m a 3-year-old husky girl, about 15kg, a little smaller than most huskies—but perfectly squishy and cute if you ask me. I have odd eyes (yes, I know, they’re gorgeous 👀✨) and a fluffy body that’s made for hugs. My life didn’t start out easy. I was once on the list at a city shelter, but kind humans gave me a second chance. When I was rescued, I had heartworm, but it was caught early and I finished my treatment like a champ 💪 Now I’m healthy and ready to start my real life—with you. I love people. Like… really love them. I don’t care if we just met—I’ll happily come say hi, wag my tail, and ask for your attention. I adore gentle hands, affection, and being noticed. If you look at me, I’ll probably already be walking toward you 🥰 I get along great with other dogs too! I enjoy having friends and exploring the world together. On walks, I can be a little curious (okay… very curious 👃), so sometimes I pull on the leash. I’m learning though! With patience and consistency, I promise I can get better. Because I spent a long time in a shelter, home life is new to me. At first, I might need a little time to adjust. I may feel anxious when left alone, and sometimes I express my feelings with husky-style howling 🎶 (I can be a bit dramatic). I’m also still learning outdoor potty routines, so I’ll need regular walks and kind guidance. That’s why I’m hoping for a family who understands huskies—or is willing to learn about us. Someone patient, steady, and ready to grow together with me. I learn fast when I’m loved, and I truly want to do well. If you choose me, I promise this: I’ll give you my whole heart. I’ll walk beside you, talk to you in my husky voice, and become your most loyal friend. With the right family, I know I can be the kind of dog who stays with you for life—through ordinary days and special ones. Could that family be you? 🐾💙

Story
Meet Bailey!Bailey is a young, energetic Husky-Shepherd mix (with a bit of mystery sprinkled in) who's ready for an active home that can help her reach her full potential. She's a sweet, people-loving girl with a big personality and an even bigger voice!Personality & TemperamentBailey is true to her Husky roots-curious, independent, and always following her nose. She can be a little aloof at times, but she warms up quickly and loves attention from people. She's playful, bright, and eager for adventure.Training & BehaviorBailey currently has no formal training and will need an adopter committed to helping her learn good manners and structure. She's very strong on leash and requires continued work on recall. With consistency (and maybe some tasty treats), she has great potential.Good With...Dogs: Seems comfortable around other friendly dogs given proper introductionCats/Small Animals: very excitable strong prey drive cannot go in a home with cats!People: Very friendly!Ideal HomeBailey is not a match for first-time dog owners or homes with young children-she'll thrive with someone experienced, patient, and active. Because she has a loud bark/yelp and a healthy set of Husky vocals, she's not suited for apartments or condos. She's looking for a home that can offer space, training, exercise, and lots of love.If you're ready for a fun, spirited companion who will keep life interesting, Bailey may be the adventure buddy you've been waiting for!
