Story
Meet Riley Riley is a wonderful mix of playful energy and calm, loving companionship. She may have bursts of fun, happy energy, but she also knows how to settle down and soak up all the love. This sweet girl has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her an absolute joy to be around. Riley gets along great with other dogs, is already house broken, and loves making her people happy. She’s treat-motivated and knows her basic commands, which makes her both smart and eager to please. She will need a fenced in yard or someone who can teach her how to walk on a leash. If you’re looking for a dog who can keep up with playtime and then happily relax by your side, Riley could be the perfect match for you. Adoption Fee: $450 Please Note: All potential adopters must be open to a home check and provide vet records to confirm that any dogs in the household are spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Story
Juno is a beautiful 6 month old female Husky who has a sweet personality and is hoping to find her forever home. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Juno loves to play with other dogs and is good with kids. She weighs 38 pounds and loves to run so she would do best with a fenced yard. Juno will make an excellent companion, a great running partner or gentle family member. We are located in Palm City, FL and adopt in our area. Please apply on our website at www.nalasrescue.org Please note: A 6-month-old purebred Husky is a beautiful, intelligent, and high-energy companion—but this breed is not for everyone. Huskies are working dogs with strong exercise and mental stimulation needs; without daily activity and engagement, they can become restless and mischievous. At this young age, they require structured training, patience, and consistent socialization to grow into well-behaved adults. Their thick double coats also demand regular grooming, and they thrive best in homes that understand their endurance and spirited nature. If you’re ready for a loyal, adventurous, and active friend, this Husky puppy could be the perfect match—just be prepared for the commitment such a vibrant breed deserves.

Story
“Two Hearts, One Home – Titan & Sol”Hi there… we’re Titan and Sol, a bonded pair who have been through a lot together after losing our owner. We lean on each other for everything, and we’re hoping to find a home that will welcome both of us.Right now, we’re living it up in a foster home instead of the shelter, and it’s been amazing. We’re soaking up all the love, and at night we even get to sleep in bed with the kids (we take cuddling very seriously). Being in a home has really shown how affectionate and happy we are outside of a kennel environment.I’m Titan, your classic husky—high energy, playful, and a little mischievous if I get bored. I’ll need to be crated when unsupervised because I like to make my own fun, and I’ve been known to try a little “escape mission” here and there. I’m housebroken, know sit, paw, and high five, and I love kisses, belly rubs, treats, and snuggling up in bed. I don’t like being alone, but thankfully I always have Sol.I’m Sol, a loyal and loving shepherd who likes to keep an eye on things. I’ll bark to alert you if something’s going on, and I’m a bit vocal, but I’m also very affectionate and playful. I’ll need to be crated when left alone so I don’t get into mischief. I know sit and paw, love toys, and my favorite thing is chasing Titan around. I’m a sensitive girl and don’t like loud voices, and I always stay close to my best friend. We’re an energetic, loving pair who will bring double the fun and double the love into your home. If you’re interested in adopting us, please fill out an adoption application and speak with the office staff about next steps—we can’t wait to meet you! 🐾Requirements: Martingale Collar; Bonded PairAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.

Story
Hi… I’m Bear 🐾Yes, Bear — and it fits. I’m strong, I’ve survived a lot, and I’m still loving people anyway.I was born in a foster home with H.A.L.O. Animal Rescue back in 2019 and adopted as a puppy. I thought that was forever. But I was rehomed… and then rehomed again. Eventually, Humane Society called to say I’d been surrendered as an “owner-requested euthanasia” because I was having accidents in the house. But here’s the thing — euthanasia was NOT the answer. I deserved help, not goodbye. And HALO made sure I got my second chance.I’m a Husky mix with the classic quirks: I walk nicely on leash, don’t bark much, but will give you a proper Husky howl now and then. I’ve seemed a little subdued in my kennel (it’s been a lot of change for one girl), but I think my real personality is just waiting for stability to shine again.I’m long-legged and gorgeous. I tested well with cats. With other dogs, I may be selective — so I’d do best as your one-and-only or with patient, thoughtful introductions. My handlers are hopeful that with a little bit of training and exposure, that I may play nicer with others in time! I likely know my house manners and just need consistency and commitment.I’m not a “for now” dog.I’m a “forever” dog.Love,Bear 🐺Requirements: Martingale CollarAll of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Story
Roscoe is a sweet boy, he will be 11 years old this Summer. We got him at 11 weeks old, so this profile is hard to make. We need to rehome him because unfortunately, he is not good with young kids. Hes great with adults and older kids but its difficult with babies and toddlers. Hes never been around cats, but has played well with other dogs. Must be his size or larger, not great with small dogs. Im looking for an active and loving home to take him in and if Im not overreaching, to send us photos of him periodically. He will come with all of his things, from his bed, toys, treats, leash, collar/harness, food, storage bin, and bowls. He is not Kennel trained, and we dont have one for him. He roams the house as he pleases and sleeps in his bed or lays on the tile. Feel free to ask any questions.
