Bear had a rough start to life and was neglected early on, but he’s now learning what it means to be loved and cared for. He is a very energetic, playful boy who could chase a ball in the yard for hours! Bear is still learning his house manners, but he’s eager to learn and improving every day. He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive with another active canine companion to play with. He doesn’t seem to mind cats. True to his husky nature, Bear is a little mouthy and still shows some playful puppy nipping. He will be a large dog when fully grown and will need plenty of space to run, ideally with a securely fenced yard. Bear absolutely adores my teenage daughter, but he may be a bit too much for toddlers due to his size and energy level. Little Guy is a sweet, spoiled boy who enjoys spending time with his people. He would be a wonderful pup to go hiking with on a leash. He is an avid critter chaser and will dig after those critters if not supervised. The Husky in him means he needs to stay on a leash, but the Lab in him does calm him down somewhat. He also doesn’t mind his crate for short periods and sees it as a safe nap spot. He loves children, but may be a bit overwhelming for very small ones. He enjoys giving kisses and affection, and small children are the right size to receive those kisses face-to-face. He also thinks he is a lap dog at times and loves to snuggle on the couch. He is on the smaller side, hence his name. If you are looking for a loyal and loving smaller-sized pup, Little Guy may be the perfect addition to your family. LG is current on vaccines, has been microchipped, neutered, and is on monthly flea/heartworm prevention.
