Introducing Aegon! He was on an adventure with a buddy named Lumi and they were spotted. They arrived to the shelter on 2/22. He was recently adopted and thought he had his forever home but the former pet parent did not have the proper time to be committed to him. So he is looking for a forever home that will be committed to him everyday. He is 1 year and a 1 week old and weighs in at 73 pounds. He is a great dog who is beautiful with gorgeous different color eyes and a heart full of love. He knows to sit and lay down when asked maybe more. Would you give Aegon the forever home he deserves? Ask for ID# 17054 Run 77. He is already neutered and micro-chipped. He has tested negative for heart worm. When choosing a shelter pup, please make sure you have the proper space, TIME, COMMITMENT, and LIFESTYLE to ensure that Aegon has the best upbringing possible with the right family or person. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. She listens well and responds to commands, showing that she has had a solid foundation and guidance. Nena does not do well with cats, so she will need a cat-free home.
