Story
Lightning is an amazing dog! He does well in a crate, he eats his meals in a crate. To help keep his brain busy, we have been feeding him in his crate using an extra large Kong. We make sure he has dedicated chew time twice a day while he`s in the crate with a yak cheese or the wobbling Kong. He loves playing with other dogs and has never shown aggression. When we brought him into our home with our 2, he was quite submissive quickly and was ready to play. He knew immediately how to run in and out of our doggie door to go outside and he has never had an accident when that door is open. He loves to get vocal and talk when he`s playing, but that`s the only time we`ve heard him talk and it`s typically more before noon. He loves laying on our love seat and I think he believes it was put there for him. He just loves kids and would definitely be great in a home with children that will play and help burn energy with him. He gets excited when we grab his harness because he loves going for walks. Obviously a 6-ft fence is going to be a must for him, and I believe another dog his age would be a big help so he Burns energy every chance you can give him. I`d say he`s completely gotten the grasp of home life. He takes treats very gently, and he loves any typical high value treat. To meet Lightning, please submit your applications online at: https://oneloveanimalrescue.com/pre-adoption-application

Story
Meet Miss Pris — or Priscilla, if you’re feeling fancy. She’s a lady with 99 opinions and absolutely zero hesitation about sharing them, whether through her perfectly timed side-eye or her selective “indoor” voice. Despite her husky heritage, Miss Pris keeps things pretty chill. She’s got a nonchalant vibe about her daily routine, but don’t mistake her quiet moments for lack of personality — this girl is all sass when the moment calls for it. Expect her to question your life choices, especially if you’re late: “And where exactly have you been?” Toys? Beneath her. Fetch? Absolutely not. But hand her a leash and suggest an adventure, and she’s all in — just keep her away from the cats, thank you very much. Wrestling matches between her foster siblings don’t impress her either, but she’ll gladly supervise from a safe distance, ready to step in as the self-appointed referee if things get out of hand. Full of charm, attitude, and quiet affection, Miss Pris is a one-of-a-kind companion who’d make a fantastic addition to just about any home.

Story
Marcie is a beautiful girl with a great personality. She hangs out with her siblings and other dogs all day playing until they drop and their foster family has to usher them inside for the night. She is at a great age that's perfect to start training with commands and to introduce her to new animals so she grows up with them.
