They also love getting pets and hanging out." - Knows sit and stay- Loves going on walks and does best with a harness- Mostly housetrained in his previous home - Lived with children and did well with them; but may do best with more mature children who understand when he needs his space - Tends to be socially awkward with other dogs and may prefer if he and his buddy were the only dogs in their new home (dog intro required)This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Alaska has been with us since he was a baby. He is currently 8 years old (his birthday is valentine’s day). In 2018, we went on a trip to Mexico and brought him home with us. We have all his medical documentation and he is up to date on his shots. He is a well behaved dog, very playful and tolerates kids. I am looking for a loving home that can provide him the time and care he deserves. He is an inside dog. He is house trained and neutered. He loves to be outdoors, watch squirrels and especially loves the snow!

Ruby is a stunning Husky mix with a gentle soul and wonderful manners. This beautiful girl has the softest, sweetest presence and is an absolute joy to be around. She listens well, knows commands, and truly wants to please her people. Ruby has already shown what an amazing dog she is by raising four puppies and doing a phenomenal job. She was a devoted, loving mom and has transitioned seamlessly into being a calm, affectionate companion. She loves people, does well with other dogs, and is a dream indoors. Ruby is fully house-trained, crate-trained (though she doesn’t need one), and has excellent house manners, no chewing or destructive behaviors. Outside, her playful Husky side shines. She loves to run, play, and show off her zoomies. Like most Huskies, Ruby thrives with regular exercise and mental stimulation. If bored, she may try to explore, so a secure yard and an active lifestyle are important. She has been around cats and will bark at them, but with time and guidance, this may improve. Ruby would do best with an adopter who understands the Husky breed and is ready to give her the activity, structure, and love she deserves. In return, she will be a loyal, affectionate, and truly special companion. ✨ Ruby is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines and preventions.
