Story
We adopted Harka from a shelter 5 years ago. She is a loving dog who loves to go for walks and be outside. She is great with kids. She is okay with some dogs, not sure about cats. She is a senior and has been needing to pee a lot more often and we just can't keep up with taking her out so much when we have a small child and baby on the way. We are away at work most of the day. She is well behaved otherwise.

Story
Hi, I'm Jaycee! I'm a 2-year-old female husky/shepherd mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Shy, Curious, Loyal Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I am the sweetest and calmest girl you'll ever meet! I don't require a whole lot to make me happy, I just want to be with my humans. I would love an owner that works from home so I can be with them all the time! I was very shy when I first came to CRHS, but I've made tons of progress. With that being said I would still appreciate someone to help me come out of my shell a little more! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 5/10 Housetraining Status: I have been very good at keeping my kennel clean, but it may take me some time to adjust to the schedule in my new home. I should do well in a home: I should be fine with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do fine with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I would do with cats. My favorite activities are: My favorite thing in the world is being with my human! Things I need work on are: Confidence building and basic commands Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: "Jaycee did marvelous on her DD outing! She is a very sweet, friendly, calm and quiet little gal who makes for a perfect pup and great leash walker. Jaycee likes quiet places to hang out at and she loves to lounge, nap and gnaw on a smoked bone! I have no doubt that Jaycee will do amazing in a home environment and she is very ready to make that next step. Luv this gal🩷💜" Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $300 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
