Story
Hi, I'm Jaycee! I'm a 2-year-old female husky/shepherd mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Shy, Curious, Loyal Things my foster has to say about me: Jaycee is such a wonderful and perfect girl! She is such an easy girl to foster, all she wants to do is to hang out with us and our dogs. She loves to lay in the yard and soak up the sunshine, take naps on the couch and every now and then- she'll get happy prances when she plays with her toys. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 5/10 Housetraining Status: I have been very good with potty training in my foster home. I should do well in a home: I should be fine with children of all ages given proper supervision. I really like other dogs, so much so that I am required to go home with another friendly dog. We're unsure how I'd do with cats but, I'm so laid back with proper introductions I may do just fine. My favorite activities are: My favorite thing in the world is being with my canine and human friends. Things I need work on are: Confidence building and basic commands Words from her foster: "Jaycee is the perfect girl, she likes to nap in the bed, sit in the sunshine and hang out with our dogs. As long as she has someone to keep her company, she's a happy girl!" Doggy day out notes: " Jaycee did amazing on her DD outing! We had a very calm, quiet and enjoyable walks together. This gal loves pup cups, car rides and walks! Jaycee is such a perfect gal having out and my favorite at the shelter💜" "Jaycee did amazing on her DD outing! It's always a relaxing, low key outing with her. Jaycee exudes calm, quiet energy and she excels at leash walking where she will calmly be at your side or behind you. She is such an easy pup to have on outings and very perfect as well. She will do amazing in a home environment 🩷" Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $150 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal

Hi, I'm Cola and I'm a 2-year-old female husky mix. I am current on my vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. I am currently heartworm positive, so I am a foster-to-adopt candidate while that is being treated. Heartworm treatment can take around 6 months to complete. CRHS can provide any supplies needed while in foster. 3 words that describe me: Adventurous, Curious, Energetic Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I'm a girl who is ready to see the world! I love going on all kinds of adventures and exploring with my nose. I'm pretty smart too, so far I know how to sit and shake! A consistent schedule and lots of praise will help me learn! I should do well in a home: I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. Story
Hi, I'm Suki! Have you ever looked at a picture of a wolf pup and thought, "If not friend, why friend shaped?" If so, I'm the gal for you. While I'm not actually a wolf, I sure do look like one! Adopting me would be one sure way to scratch that itch you have for cuddling an animal that's on a strict no-cuddle basis. I am current on my vaccines, spayed, and microchipped! 3 words that describe me: Cuddly, playful, sassy Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: "Suki is a very goofy little thing. She just wants all the love, and when that isn't an option, ALL the toys." Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 8/10 Housetraining Status: Working on it I should do well in a home: With dogs and kids of all ages, given proper introductions. My friends here are unsure how I would do with cats. My favorite activities are: Playing, lounging, and eating all the yummy treats. Things I need work on are: Housetraining, leash-walking, and basic commands. Doggy Day Out Notes: "Suki will do so well with an active family! Definitely pulls towards other people, but only so that she can get more pets and attention. She was very curious of bugs and water. She would do great as a walking/jogging partner as she loves to move! She did fantastic in the car and loved the windows being open. Super fun and good with people!" "She did great. High energy and enjoys playing fetch. Did not care to go in the water" My adoption fee is: $350 Training Requirement if applicable: $100 *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
