Husky Boxer

Male, Young
Hawk Point, MO
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Spayed or Neutered,
Hey I see you looking at my profile! Well my name is Buster and as you see I have two different colored eyes. Everyone always says my eyes are so cool and that I stand out from most dogs. I do like other dogs, but need a little extra time when meeting since he is a little on the hyper side. He is always so happy and all he wants is love. If your family can give this boy the unconditional love that he needs then you should come see him. Buster's $200 Adoption Fee is quite inclusive. He is neutered, vaccinated-up to-date, micro-chipped, wormed & current on monthly heartworm preventative. Bister's estimated date of birth is 11/7/21. Visit to fill out a Pre-Adoption Questionnaire or call 636-338-1818 to schedule an appointment to meet this pet or any others here at the shelter.

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Tato is a sweet and cuddly dog. She also can be very active, which makes good to hike with. She is great with children, making her the perfect family dog. She was given to us for chasing cattle, so she isn't the best farm dog. But she loves to play with the dogs, which keeps busy a lot of the time.

Husky Shepherd (Unknown Type)

Female, 2 yrs 4 mos
Moberly, MO
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats,
Meet Cassie! Husky/Shepherd Mix? Weight: 45lbs This laid back, sweet, fun loving girl is looking for her forever home! She has had a rough start to her time with us as she was found injured, laying in the ditch on the side of the highway. It was discovered that her hip was dislocated. The vet attempted to put her hip back into place and secure it in an upward position for 2 weeks. Upon her 2 week check up it was determined that she would need FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) surgery to fix it properly. Her surgery was completed January 9th and the heal time post surgery is 6 weeks, she will require short leash walks during this time. Her leg may have a slightly decreased range of motion or decreased limb length after surgery, these impacts are typically minimal and will not impact her quality of life, Cassie has showed even in pre-surgery activity that she is a resilient girl! She does well with other dogs, kids, even cats! She does well with MOST men but some she is just simply not a fan of for some reason, so she will need slow into with them. Cassie will be fully vetted including Spay, she is Heartworm Negative, Fully Vaccinated, Microchipped and on Monthly Preventatives. (She will not be available to go home until early February as she will need a re-check and Spay completed as well.

Male, Adult
Columbia, MO
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Good with kids, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Looking to find a family for a 2 year old husky named Lobo! Originally fostered him from Dallas animal shelter and then adopted him and brought him to Missouri with me due to shelter not having enough space. He’s great with my cat, very friendly and playful, when it comes to dogs he has done well overall except on one occasion with a bigger dog than him, so it will need to be reassessed. He’s neutered/spayed and up to date on all shots. He needs a place with someone that will give him lots of room to play or take him on lots of runs, has a lot of energy. He’s not very vocal, he whines a bit when he wants something but he doesn’t howl like a normal husky. He loves to be pet and cuddled and truly is a great companion dog. If you would like more information let me know, located in Columbia, but can travel. Feel free to reach out to either myself, Jayson Wiley (xxx) xxx-xxxx or Kathryn McCurdy (xxx) xxx-xxxx
