Story
Nilla is an incredibly sweet girl and is the definition of the term, “couch potato.” She gives and receives affection with great joy, and, as is the case with most rescue dogs, is grateful for absolutely everything. She was found wearing an old sweater and wandering in front of a department store in south Texas in December 2024. She was taken in by a kind bystander and although measures were taken to find her owner in case she’d gotten lost, no owner was found. At the time she was not microchipped and was not wearing a collar or tags. It is very possible that she had been loved since she is very calm and loving, but since many pet owners can no longer afford care, she might have been left in front of the store if her owner hoped for a better life for this sweet girl. Nilla is in foster care in Texas. You won’t be sorry if you give her a chance. Nilla is good with dogs/kids/cats; house/kennel trained; completely vetted; and has her very own suitcase, which she will pack ASAP.

Meet Coconut! Coconut is a handsome 2-year-old Husky with the perfect balance of playfulness and snuggles. Weighing around 50 lbs, he's neutered, vaccinated, and ready to find his forever home. Coconut loves playing with toys and gets along great with other dogs. He's got a joyful, friendly spirit and a soft side too-once playtime's over, he's all about cuddling on the couch. Story
This stunning, Husky girl is as unique as she is beautiful and a true Huskythrough and through.True to her breed, Nova has opinions, and she’s not afraid to share them! She’s especiallyvocal when it’s time to head outside and will let you know (with flair) when nature calls. Don’tworry, though. Nova is incredibly clean and has excellent potty manners. What makes Nova extra special is that she’s deaf. Her deafness doesn’t slow her down — in fact, it makes her even more in tune with her people. Her deafness adds to her quiet confidence and calm demeanor, making her a gentle and steady companion. She’s not overly interested in toys, but she absolutely adores people.Nova loves cooler weather andloves being outside, occasionally voicing her protest when it’s time to come back in (can youblame her?).Estimated to be middle-aged, Nova is a low-energy girl who enjoys lounging and keeping thecouch warm. She gets along well with other calm, low-key dogs and would do great in apeaceful home where she can be her serene, loving self.Nova is a quiet (well, sometimes loud), dignified soul looking for a special family to appreciateher gentle heart and give her the cozy, affectionate life she deserves. ##2289153##

Story
This sweet husky girl was abandoned by her family when they moved out of our neighborhood. We have been feeding her and giving her water but can’t keep her long term and she has been living outside. All local shelters are full and cannot take her in. With the Texas heat I worry about her being outside all day. Her temperament is extremely sweet and docile. She will walk with you and sit with you and just looking for someone to love. I feel terrible for her and hope someone can provide a loving home for her moving forward. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. My knowledge on her is limited as far as shots and age go but after interacting with her for the last few weeks I can tell you she has a heart of gold and will make an amazing pet.
