Story
Star is a very sweet Siberian Husky around 2 years old. She is looking for a forever family! This girl gets along great with other dogs and is friendly to all people, she does need a home without cats. She would love to have some space in a securely fenced yard so she could run and play. True to her breed, Star is independent, intelligent, opinionated, and can be vocal. We do prefer that her new family have some experience with the breed. Star would make a great companion for an active family, or someone with a lot of secure outdoor space. Star is up to date on all shots and preventative, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed. Please let us know if you would like to meet her!

Story
Juneau is a sweet petite little Siberian Husky looking for a forever family. She is only about a year old and still has some puppy energy. Juneau came to us very malnourished and hungry, but she is already looking so much better She is very affectionate, and extremely treat motivated, which should be helpful for training. Juneau knows how to sit, and she would love to learn so much more. She will need help learning not to pull on the leash, but she is always excited to go on a walk. Juneau will need a family that has a secure fenced in yard, and preferably experience with huskies. She gets along great with other dogs, but needs a home without cats. Juneau is still learning to take treats gently and can be a little exuberant with her affection so we believe a home with no small children would be ideal for her. Juneau is up to date on all shots and preventative, heartworm negative, and spayed. Please let us know if you would like to meet her!

Story
Meet Zelda 💛 Zelda is an 8-year-old husky / German shepherd / border collie mix with a gentle soul and a deep love for her people. She is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and people-focused, and she truly thrives when she has a strong bond with her humans. She does wonderfully with adults and children alike, enjoys routine, and takes pride in being a very well-mannered girl. Zelda is house trained, kennel trained, and highly obedient, with years of positive training behind her. She’s calm, attentive, and happiest when she knows what’s expected of her. Zelda would do best in a pet-free home, where she can relax and feel secure without needing to share space or special items. She prefers a quieter environment and would love to be someone’s one-and-only companion. In the right setting, Zelda is steady, loving, and deeply devoted. She’s an excellent match for someone who values structure, consistency, and the special bond that comes with an experienced, mature dog. Zelda isn’t looking for chaos — she’s looking for peace, stability, and a person to call her own. 🏡 Zelda is ready for a fresh start and a calm forever home. 👉 Apply to adopt at: www.cactusranchrescue.com Sometimes the best dogs are the ones who just want a quiet life and a whole lot of love. 💛
