Story
No matter where her journey may lead her, Nala is looking for a best friend to join her. She'd love nice long walks or simply cuddling on the couch. She has lived with young children before and is friendly with them. She is also a lady who knows proper etiquette- sit for treats, no jumping up, potty outside, walk politely on leash- and promises to behave herself in your home. She asks to be your one and only dog and promises to love you unconditionally in return! *My adoption fee is sponsored! I'm only $100 to adopt* Visit www.cachehumane.org for more information on how to adopt me!

Story
We rescued Kylo from a shelter about 4 years ago. He is a major member of our family. He gets along well with our mini dachshund and our cat but I don't know how well he would do with a cat that he isn't used to. He loves being outside but not for long periods of time. He loves being with his people more than anything. He is used to sleeping indoors at night and being in the house most of the day. He can be rowdy, sheds and will steal your food if you leave it out. Those are the cons. He is very loving and enjoys rides in the car. He is not a dog you would want to take around a crowd or in public. He is trainable but at this point, he is pretty set in his ways. We hate to not have him with us but our new landlord will absolutely not allow it.

Story
Elsa is a gorgeous Husky with a heart full of love and energy to match! This playful girl is incredibly smart, eager to please, and already crate and leash trained. She’s the perfect mix of spirited and obedient—ready to run, play, and then settle in for a car ride (which she loves). Elsa is very people-friendly and thrives on attention and companionship. With her outgoing personality and loyal nature, she’ll make a fantastic addition to an active home that appreciates the intelligence and enthusiasm Huskies bring. If you’re looking for a bright, affectionate, and fun-loving best friend, Elsa is your perfect match. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2380668##

Story
Meet Gnocchi! This adorable Husky pup is the most playful, kind, and loving girl at the rescue! Gnocchi is full of personality — goofy, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves every dog she meets and is all about playtime and cuddles. Gnocchi is food-motivated (treats are her #1 love language ), walks nicely on a leash, and is crate trained. She’s the last of our Pasta Litter, and she’s hoping her turn has finally come! Like a true Husky, she can be a little vocal when excited, but unlike her siblings, she doesn’t howl. She’s great with both small and large dogs and adores people. She’s fully vetted, young, and ready for her forever home. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her age and temperament make her a great candidate to adjust well. Gnocchi is looking for an active and loving adopter who’s ready for adventures, snuggles, and plenty of laughs. Not in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific Northwest and East Coast. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis.
