Story
Phantom wants to be loved for himself. He is a bashful pup who is ready to meet his best friend. He is house trained and has a good grasp on basic commands. He would do better in a quiet home with no children or older children. He gets along with other dogs and with proper introduction would do alright with cats. If you would like to meet Phantom, please feel free to reach out. Visit www.cachehumane.org for more information on how to adopt me!

Story
Meet Gnocchi! This adorable Husky pup is the most playful, kind, and loving girl at the rescue! Gnocchi is full of personality — goofy, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves every dog she meets and is all about playtime and cuddles. Gnocchi is food-motivated (treats are her #1 love language ), walks nicely on a leash, and is crate trained. She’s the last of our Pasta Litter, and she’s hoping her turn has finally come! Like a true Husky, she can be a little vocal when excited, but unlike her siblings, she doesn’t howl. She’s great with both small and large dogs and adores people. She’s fully vetted, young, and ready for her forever home. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her age and temperament make her a great candidate to adjust well. Gnocchi is looking for an active and loving adopter who’s ready for adventures, snuggles, and plenty of laughs. Not in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific Northwest and East Coast. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive.  If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to https://www.petstablished.com/organization/920716    ##2403935##

Story
Elsa is a gorgeous Husky with a heart full of love and energy to match! This playful girl is incredibly smart, eager to please, and already crate and leash trained. She’s the perfect mix of spirited and obedient—ready to run, play, and then settle in for a car ride (which she loves). Elsa is very people-friendly and thrives on attention and companionship. With her outgoing personality and loyal nature, she’ll make a fantastic addition to an active home that appreciates the intelligence and enthusiasm Huskies bring. If you’re looking for a bright, affectionate, and fun-loving best friend, Elsa is your perfect match. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Story
Lobo is a 6 year old Husky Malamute mix. He is very sweet and loving. He is also very playful and has lots of energy. He loves to go for walks, running around playing with you, car rides, dog park etc. He’s great with other dogs and has been great with our grandkids and new people. He’s also great at the groomers. Everyone falls in love with him when they meet him. He also loves to just cuddle and be wherever you are. He doesn’t like being alone and does great if he’s just with people or other dogs. He was our son’s dog, but he has moved out of state and can’t have a dog with him. He is very loved and spoiled here, but we just aren’t home enough to give him the time and attention he needs by ourselves as we both work 2 jobs and have busy schedules. This has been a very hard decision and we just really want to find him the home he deserves.

Story
We adopted Sarah in March 2026 from a single adult man who was unable to keep her. Sarah is about 2-1/2 to 3 years old, she has a very sweet personality and desires a lot of affection. Sarah is a mix of Australian Kelpie, Australian Shepherd, and Husky. Sarah's previous owner said her vaccinations were updated in February 2026, but we never received any paperwork on it. Sarah has a lot of energy and loves to play. Sarah is great with kids and other dogs, but she likes to push buttons and has a lot of curiosity. Sarah is a very smart dog. Sara is kennel trained but not house trained. Sarah has a lot of anxiety, especially in new environments and changes to her home and routine. We've been giving her anxiety supplements day and night and it seems to help. We are unable to keep Sarah because our family lifestyle is constantly changing and it's made it impossible to provide the stability and attention that Sarah requires for her breed and her separation anxiety.

Story
Beautiful 6 month old puppy. My daughter owns the mom, (Husky) and the dad, (Lab) is the neighbors dog. She has been very skittish since she was born. It is unfair to her to keep her. She stays tied up and doesn’t get the attention/love she deserves. We named her Alaska, but have always just called Allie. Hopefully she can find a home with someone that likes to play with their dog.
