Notes from volunteer outing: Gilbert is a high-energy, spunky little dog and is bouncing off the walls in his kennel. Shelter staff have found him some doggie friends to play with, which is a great way for him to burn some energy and get socialization! He was having a blast on his field trip and was army crawling in all of the fallen leaves…Gilbert is a hoot and has funny mannerisms. He likes to pick up sticks and was trying to play with Hondo the whole time he was on the outing! Gilbert would do great with a family that lives an active lifestyle…he is only 30 pounds but has a lot of personality packed into his little body!
