Story
We rescued Odie when he was six months old while living in Texas. He is now 12 years old. While he is still a very sweet dog he has never really bonded with the kids. They try to play with him, but he just wants to play with me. As our family has grown and he has gotten older he seems more depressed and isolated. He seems to get anxious around the noise and activity that our children bring, but is not aggressive. He does still occasionally play fetch and tug-of-war but not for a long duration. He mostly sleeps or sun baths outside. My hope is that he can find a home that is not as busy as ours and only getting busier.

Hi! I’m Laina, a compact bundle of chaos wrapped in fur. I’m hyper, curious, and powered entirely by enthusiasm and poor decisions. I believe the yard is hiding many secrets, and I will find them by digging… extensively. Landscaping is my passion. I love to chew—shoes, sticks, toys, things I’m not supposed to have, and sometimes the concept of personal boundaries. If it fits in my mouth, it’s mine now. Hobbies & Interests: Long walks (the longer, the better—let’s see what you’re made of) Jumping on people to say hello, goodbye, and “I EXIST” Barking at strangers, neighbors, leaves, suspicious noises, and my own thoughts Digging holes like I’m training for an underground tunnel league High-speed zoomies with zero regard for physics Personality:Affectionate, fearless, loud, and very confident for someone who weighs this little. I will jump on you because I love you. I will bark because I care. I will dig because the earth started it. What I’m Looking For:A committed partner who enjoys long walks, doesn’t mind being jumped on, and understands that silence is suspicious. Bonus points if you enjoy training, enrichment toys, and saying “DROP IT” multiple times a day. Wilson is a DOLL! Him and his brother Spanky along with his 2 sisters (Demi and Darla) were found abandoned and super skinny. Baldwin County Animal shelter helped get them healthy and we rescued them recently. Wilson is a super star! He loves playing with other dogs and he actually loves male dogs! He's got a great playful heart and he's really petite. He is approximately 27 lbs and gorgeous! Come meet him! He's neutered and ready to go to his furever home!

We honestly don't think Demi will get above her 25lbs now - she's 1 year old and fully grown but at max she will be 30lbs. She's an angel, very calm and loving. Please schedule a time to come meet her! She was found on the street with her sister and 2 brothers - they were skin and bones! She's all healthy now and will be vetted and spayed soon but ready for adoption!
