Story
Maple is one of a litter of 6 pups surrendered by their owners. Her mom is a rat terrier mix of some sort and dad is unknown. Some of the pups have a rat terrier look, some have curly tails and tiny ears with shorter noses and some (Maple) look like jack russells, but we do not know what they are mixed with. Mom lives in a barn outside on a farm and she is going to be spayed. All of the pups are very playful and ready for any adventure you have in mind. They were a bit shy at first but now loves attention and love to be in your lap. Maple is the sweetest gal you could ask for, she loves to be with people. They are all pretty small, about 5 lbs. so lap sitting is a breeze! Cute small breed mixed pups that can fit in just about any home. Story
Daxter was a found stray that we fostered through our local humane society. After 2 failed adoptions we decided to adopt him- he was so defeated getting brought back. We don't know much about his past. Our vet believes he is about 14 years old and did say he has a neurological condition that we have been treating him for his behaviorial issues. We have 3 other dogs and while we are making it work, we know Daxter would thrive in a home where he's king of the castle. He should not live with any other animals or kids. He can be reactive and does get nippy when he's not happy. Hoping to find someone with small dog experience and can give him a loving home for the rest of his days. His ideal life would be someone to be home with him a lot and treat him like a cat- he tells you what he wants- it's his world we are just here to serve his needs lol. We will only give him to the perfect person. Contact me to discuss behavior issues and see if he's the right fit.
