Story
Meet Stevie!Stevie is an approximately 3-year-old male Japanese Chin who is fully vetted, neutered, and ready for his forever home. This handsome black-and-white boy weighs about 17 pounds and has a joyful, affectionate personality. This adorable boy was a found as a stray in Houston, TX and never claimed.Stevie is very social with other dogs and is especially playful — he would love a canine playmate who enjoys having fun as much as he does. Prior to being neutered, Stevie was not fond of male dogs, but that behavior has fully resolved. He ignores calm cats but will chase if they run, so a cat-free home would be best.Stevie is both house-trained and crate-trained. He sleeps through the night in his crate. His energy level is medium — he loves playtime, fetch, and bursts of zoomies, but is equally happy curling up for a nap afterward.Stevie’s ideal home is with someone who enjoys interactive play, lots of affection, and sharing couch time. He is a dog who thrives on attention and companionship, and he’s patiently waiting for the loving family meant just for him.
