Nora is a 21 month old Maltese/Yorkie mix recently released from a commercial breeding facility. She is learning the life of a pampered pet in her foster home and is loving the playful resident canines. Nora is discovering squeaky toys, soft dog beds, fluffy blankets and gentle touches. Nora will thrive in a family that can give her time and patience to grow and thrive. Children over the age of 10 please. She will need a resident canine companion and playmate and a securely fenced yard for her safety. Nora is a well-mannered and gentle female dog, who is looking for a loving home. Nora is dignified and is learning to live the life of a pampered pet outside the commercial breeding system. Nora has a calm demeanor and she is a very quiet dog who seldom barks. She loved other dogs and will need a playful resident dog in her forever home in addition to a securely fenced yard to keep her safely contained. A patient adult owner with a calm environment will be ideal for Nora. The suggested adoption donation for Nora is a minimum of $600 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise.
