Story
Meet Star. Star is an 8-10 year old Chin Chih Mix and weighs about 18 lbs, she comes into my home as an owner surrender. Star is a very sweet, quiet girl and a very good listener. Her previous owner mentioned she showed aggression toward other dogs, she does not seem to have an issue with any of my dogs or an issue with my cat. I read she peed in the house, she roamed my home freely and did not potty once. She slept next to my bed last night, came when I called her and is adjusting well to her new surroundings. Star is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. Star will be available for adoption soon through Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue. If you're interested in Star please reach out to me. Star is being fostered in Lake Villa, IL with Betty Jo: bettyjobob@hotmail.com

Story
This adorable litter of Japanese Chin/Yorkie mixes may be small in size, but their personalities are already shining bright. When they first came into rescue, they had received no vet care no vaccines, no deworming, and little to no medical attention but theyre now safe, getting everything they need, and finally starting their journey toward happy, healthy lives. These little ones are exactly what youd expect from tiny toy mixes: curious, playful, affectionate, and ridiculously cute. They love exploring, cuddling up together, and soaking up all the gentle attention they can get while learning what it means to be cherished pets. Because they missed out on early care and structure, theyll need adopters who are ready for puppy basics patience, training, socialization, and lots of love as they continue to grow and learn about the world. These female Shipoo (Shih Tzu/Poodle mix) puppy breeder releases were recently saved and are finally getting the chance to just be playful, happy puppies. Despite their rough start, these little girls are full of spunk, curiosity, and silly puppy energy always ready to explore, bounce around, and soak up attention. Because they came from a breeding situation, theyre still learning all the basics of being beloved pets things like routines, socialization, and trusting new environments. But theyre already showing how resilient and loving they are, and with patience and guidance, theyre going to blossom into incredible companions. A Few Important Notes: Adoption Area: We only adopt to families living in Illinois, Wisconsin, or states that directly border either IL or WI.
