Story
We rescued Eevee as a kitten. She is appx 6 years old. She loves to sleep in her window seat most of the day. Her and another cat have started marking their territory upstairs to the point that they aren't using their litter box for peeing as often as they used to. We recently blocked off access to the upstairs which has forced her and the other cat to use the littler box again, which they have, but blocking access to the upstairs is not feasible full time. My mother in law will be moving in with us for an indefinite amount of time and will need easy access up and down the stairs we well as the kids. She is such a good kitty and it breaks my heart to do this but it's getting to be too much.

Story
I got her when she was a kitten at the end of 2023. I have two dogs and another cat in addition to her. I own my home but am going to be moving into a rental due to divorce and can’t keep all 4 of my pets. Since Birdie came last, and is the youngest, I think she’ll be most resilient to change of owners. I don’t know how she’ll do with other cats. She and my old cat wrestle all the time but don’t ever cuddle or anything that would look like they like each other at all. I don’t know how she’ll do with dogs. My dogs scare both of our cats by chasing them down all the time. But, if Birdie has a higher vantage point than them (like from a coffee table), she’ll swat at the dogs and antagonize them.
