Story
I’m looking to rehome birdie because my husband says that we have too many animals and she was the last one we got. I got her in late 2023 and she was about 4 months then. My border collie and yorkie scare her because they are savages and chase her, although sometimes she goes up to them on her own and does fine. She and my older male cat (also a savage) wrestle all the time. The male is insane and antagonizes her every time. Shes fat and has an insatiable appetite. It’s odd because my other is skinny. She’s been like that since I’ve had her. She plays fetch. She rolls onto her back in front of us every time we pass her for a belly rub like a dog. She sleeps in bed with me most of the time. Doesn’t like to be picked up more than a few seconds. Meows quietly but is very vocal (meows as if she’s trying to talk to us a lot). Shes a little skiddish, but she is sweet.

Story
Yuki rescued outdoor male. Manx/ Siamese mix. 1.5 years old. Vaccinated and neutered. Has been inside for some time and uses the litter box well. Does not get along with other cats- plays too roughly. Maybe ok with dogs. Sweet, curious, smart, cuddly, and playful. Needs someone who does not mind going slow with him. We do not know his history other than the finder found him outside and kept him as an indoor/ outdoor cat for about 6 months. He enjoys cuddling and playtime with string toys. He eats dry and wett food 2x per day. Yuki is learning to play fetch with the ball. He requires daily exercise and he should not be confined whenever possible.

Story
Meet Our Beautiful Blue-Eyed Lynx Point Girl 💙 This stunning Siamese lynx point beauty is truly one of a kind. With her soft, light gray coloring, delicate striping, and striking blue eyes, she looks like she stepped right out of an anime—absolutely breathtaking in every way. But she’s not just pretty—she has the personality to match. She’s incredibly sweet-natured, affectionate, and easy to love. She’s great with kids, gets along well with other animals, and has a calm, adaptable temperament that makes her a wonderful fit for just about any home. One of the things we love most about her is her dog-like personality—she’s loyal, curious, and enjoys being part of whatever you're doing. She’s also comfortable both indoors and outdoors and does not tend to run off, making her a great companion for families who want a relaxed, well-adjusted cat. She was rescued from an owner surrender after spending much of her early life in a garage, so she’s more than ready for a home where she can be truly cherished and included in everyday life. ✨ Why you’ll love her: Gorgeous lynx point Siamese markings Bright, expressive blue eyes Sweet, gentle personality Great with kids and other animals Easygoing and dog-like temperament Ready to bond deeply with her new family She’s the perfect mix of beauty, personality, and resilience—and she deserves a loving home where she can finally shine. 💕 If you’re looking for a unique, affectionate, and absolutely stunning companion, she may be your perfect match.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.rescued from apartmentsHello!  IEven though I am big, I'm not aggressicI'm Ishmael and I was found at apartments severely beat up by anothr cat that was feral.  ve.   I was rescued by a kind lady and brought to my foster mama to be taken to a vet because of my injuries,  It took me quite a while to get better and comfortable with my new surroundings.   I'm very laid back and really chill.  Eventually my mama found out I was good with kittens...I'n the babysitter!  I usually have a kitten or two laying on me or next to me.  Then one day  I started playing with the wand toy alongside the kittens!!  I began coming out of my shell and participating from time to time.  I probably won't be a lap cat but once I get to trust you, I'm a sweetheart of a cat!   ld love to have a forever home - for real this time - and make your family complete.   If you'd like to meet me, you can contact my foster mom at catlady5555@yahoo.comand she'll (Janet) contact ya'll for a meet and greet!   Can't wait to see ya'll!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.found abandoned in the HEB parking lotMy name is Skittles and my foster mom found me abandoned in a HEB parking lot one day.  She asked around and people had been feeding me for a couple of years!  Once she caught me, she found out I was microchipped, but when she located my owners, they had moved...and had left me behind.  So, being a cat, I found my way to HEB and relied on kind humans to feed me.  It took a while for me to trust my foster mom, and I'm still jump if you try to pet me too quickly.  Apparently, I wasn't treated all that great.Anyways, I think I'm ready to trust another human now.  I do get along with cats, but little children would probably make me nervous.  And my foster mom doesn't know about dogs since we don't have any here.  It'd be great if I could have my own family again, but I might take some tender, loving care at first.  Through my foster family, I've found out humans can be good....and a forever home would be awesome!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 8, 2026, 11:40 pm

Story
Meet Mordy – 5 Years Old Mordy is a shy, gentle boy I adopted from a local family. On his first day home, he ran upstairs to hide, and he's still a timid little guy who needs patience and kindness. He'll spend most of the day tucked away until he feels safe. Once he trusts you, he'll cuddle on the couch, make biscuits, and greet you with soft little meows. If you say "hey" back, he'll know it's safe to come over. When nervous, he may accidentally scratch you because he stretches his paws—it's never aggression, just poor claw control. As he gains confidence, this stops. Mordy has never been aggressive and gets along well with cats and dogs, though he'll need time to adjust. If you're patient, you'll be rewarded with one of the sweetest, most loving companions you could ask for.
