Story
Meet Dahaeng! *Dahaeng is in Korea and will be coming to the U.S. once her adoption is confirmed. 🐶Rescue Story Dahaeng was found wandering around an apartment complex while pregnant. She later gave birth to six puppies near the apartment garden. Although she was wearing an old collar, her rescuer was unable to locate her previous owner. Dahaeng and her puppies were moved to a temporary foster space at an old factory site. Despite the difficult circumstances, she was a devoted mother who cared diligently for all six of her babies. Five of her puppies have since found loving homes. Dahaeng is now staying with her remaining son, Taeyang, while they each wait for a forever family. 💜Personality Dahaeng is a calm, gentle, and patient girl. She can be shy and reserved when meeting someone for the first time, but she begins to open up once she feels safe. She enjoys spending time with people and loves receiving gentle affection. When someone cuddles her lovingly, she relaxes and may even roll over to show her belly. Dahaeng is the kind of dog who forms a deep, trusting bond with the people who care for her. 💜Interaction With People Dahaeng enjoys human companionship and likes being cuddled. Although she may initially seem a little aloof, she becomes affectionate and comfortable once trust has been established. . 💜Interaction With Dogs Dahaeng is calm and well-mannered around other dogs. When she previously shared a backyard with another dog, she showed no aggression, respected the other dog’s boundaries, and lived peacefully alongside them. She also gets along very well with her son, Taeyang. 💜Interaction With Cats Dahaeng has not lived with cats, so her behavior around them is currently unknown. 💜Walking and Training Dahaeng enjoys calm walks where she can take her time sniffing and exploring. She does best in quiet, low-stimulation environments. She has experience living in both indoor and outdoor settings and is expected to adjust well to a consistent home routine. 💜Potty Training Dahaeng reliably uses designated potty pads indoors. With patience and a regular schedule, she is expected to transition quickly to outdoor potty training. 💜Barking Dahaeng is generally quiet and barks only occasionally. She may bark at unfamiliar noises when her rescuer is visiting, but she quickly settles when a trusted person is nearby. 💜Energy Level Dahaeng has a moderate energy level. She does not become overly excited and is happy to relax quietly indoors after enjoying her walks. 💜Ideal Home Dahaeng would thrive in a calm, peaceful home with a patient family who will give her the time and reassurance she needs to feel secure. In return, she will offer deep affection, trust, and loyal companionship. This sweet and devoted mother is ready to begin the next chapter of her life with a loving family of her own. 🐾 Meet Wiley 🐾 In seattle. 📌 Basic Profile 🐶 Name: Wiley 🐕 Breed: Jindo mix 🎂 Age: 3 years ⚖️ Weight: 23.6 kg (52 lb) 🚹 Gender: Male (neutered) 🎨 Color: Cream beige --- 💛 Personality & Charm Wiley is a smart and charming boy who truly enjoys learning. Training keeps him happy and mentally engaged, and he quickly picks up new skills. He already knows many commands such as sit, stay, come, lie down, quiet, and shake, and he’s always eager to learn more. Because of his past, Wiley needs time to build trust. Once he feels safe, he forms a deep bond and shows affection in his own gentle way. He is soft in play and has a goofy personality that often makes his people laugh. Wiley is happiest outdoors — especially if he has space to run or wildlife to observe. He could spend hours quietly watching squirrels and birds. He’s curious, intelligent, and content with a routine-filled life that includes outdoor time and peaceful surroundings. He is cautious with new people at first, but once he warms up, he becomes affectionate with both men and women. He takes treats gently and is very sensitive to human emotions. If someone close to him feels upset, he will wag his tail and try to comfort them. --- 🩺 Health & Care Wiley is in excellent health and fully up to date on vaccinations. Takes a monthly oral flea and tick preventative (he is uncomfortable with topical applications). Occasionally may vomit if his stomach is empty too long, so he receives a small snack after waking and before bedtime. Maintains dental health with special treats, toys, and food. Uses a scratch board for nail care when given the command “paw” — he has not needed traditional nail trimming in over two years. Naturally clean and keeps his coat tidy on his own. He has never required a bath. Still building comfort with brushing and ear cleaning, but has made great progress through cooperative care training. --- 🐾 Compatibility 👶 Children: Best suited for a home without young children. While he enjoys affection, if he does not want interaction at a certain moment, he may respond by snapping. 🐶 Other Dogs: Does well with calm, respectful dogs. Not comfortable with overly energetic or pushy dogs. Should be fed separately due to resource guarding with food and treats. 🐱 Cats: Not recommended due to high prey drive. --- 🎓 Training & Behavior ✔️ Potty Training: Fully trained — no accidents in over two years. ✔️ Crate Training: Not crate trained; prefers open areas. No separation anxiety and can stay home alone for hours calmly. ✔️ Car Rides: Calm and improving. Previously had motion sickness as a puppy; still takes preventive meclizine for long trips. ✔️ Leash Walking: Calm and non-reactive toward people and dogs. May become excited when spotting squirrels or cats, so a firm grip is helpful. ✔️ Barking: Rarely barks; usually only to alert. ✔️ Energy Level: Medium — enjoys two walks daily and plenty of nap time. ✔️ Destructive Behavior: None. --- 🏡 Ideal Home Wiley would thrive in a peaceful, patient household with people who understand and respect his independent nature. A secure yard or safe outdoor space where he can explore and watch wildlife would make him happiest. To the right family, Wiley will offer deep loyalty, intelligence, and quiet companionship. 🐾💛

🐾✨ Meet Sori — A Sweet & Affectionate Shiba-Jindo Mix ✨🐾 📍 Location: Korea 🇰🇷 (able to fly once adopted ✈️) 🐶 Name: Sori 🎂 Age: 1.5 years old ♀️ Gender: Female ⚖️ Weight: 14 kg / 31 lb 🐕 Breed: Shiba Inu × Jindo Mix 🎨 Color: Brown ✂️ Spayed: Yes 💉 Health: Very healthy & fully vaccinated 🧡 Personality & Social Skills Sori is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves people. She may be a little shy and cautious when meeting someone for the first time and may bark briefly, but she adjusts very quickly—usually within an hour or two. Once she knows she is safe, she becomes incredibly affectionate and loves staying close to her person. 🥰 👩👨 With people: Friendly and affectionate with both women and men. 👶 With kids: May bark briefly when children are very loud or running around, but settles down once she gets used to them. 🐶 With dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, especially male dogs. She may growl if another dog approaches her aggressively or behaves rudely. 🐱 With cats: May chase cats but does not try to bite them. 🏠 Lifestyle & Training ✔ Medium energy ✔ 100% outdoor potty trained ✔ Very well crate-trained ✔ Walks well on a leash and harness ✔ Enjoys walks ✔ Travels well in the car ✔ Rarely barks ✔ No destructive behavior ✔ Apartment-friendly ✔ Yard not required ✔ Can live happily as the only dog Sori has good recall and comes back when called by name. Because she is accustomed to going potty outdoors, she needs regular outdoor walks at least twice a day if there is no fenced yard. ⚠️ Sori may try to walk out if a door is left open, so extra care should always be taken around open doors. A securely fenced yard is important if she has access to one. 🌈 Rescue Story During the winter, Sori’s mother, Deokja, was living beside a sewage ditch as a farm guard dog. In those harsh conditions, she gave birth to six puppies, including Sori. Their mother was suffering from heartworm disease, and all six puppies were struggling to survive while nursing from her in extremely poor conditions. There was not even a proper fence to keep them safe, and the puppies were at serious risk of falling into the sewage ditch. Because their lives were in danger, Sori and her siblings were rescued and given the chance to grow up somewhere safe. 🐾❤️ Today, Sori is a healthy, loving young girl who is ready to leave her difficult past behind. She is looking for a family who will give her the love, safety, and forever home she deserves. 🤎🐾 🏡 Sori is waiting for her forever family. ✈️🐶
