Story
He is the latest addition to KARMA. He is absolutely a cuddle bug! Rex is 3 years old. He is neutered and current on his vaccines. Rex is 55 lbs. We ran a DNA test to see exactly which determined he is a Keeshond/Husky mix. He does not like cats but does well with dogs. He has separation anxiety which we are working on. He has severe stress and anxiety with being crated or kenneled - and this is a work in progress. Rex will require a home with a 6 foot privacy fence. He would love an active home where he can hike and spend time outdoors. He will also require belly rubs multiple times per day! He needs to be around his people regularly, so an ideal home would be with someone who works from home, or is home most of the day. Due to his size, it may be best to avoid a home with small humans.

Story
This sweet girl is Nolla. Nolla is a VBSPCA favorite and has a TON of personality. She can be a bit nervous at first, but once she warms up she is VERY sweet. Because of this, we are asking any adopter have no children under 6 years of age in the home. Nolla has lived with cats and is said to do well with them; however, she was recently returned due to not getting along with the other dog in the home & would be required to go home as an only dog. Once she gets familiar with her special people, she is very loving & loyal, but sometimes does not want to share that love with another dog. Nolla looks great compared to when she first came to the VBSPCA. This is partially because she has been treated for hypothyroidism by our Clinic & will need medication and special care. If you have any questions about what that may look like, please see a kennel technician. If you are looking for a chill lovebug, look no further!
