Story
Tanka is a 6-year-old girl who may seem a bit shy at first, but she tends to warm up quickly once she gets to know you. From our volunteer observations, she appears to be laid back and social with other dogs, mostly keeping to herself while allowing greetings when she's ready. Tanka walks well on leash and seems to enjoy a calm environment. She originally was kept to be euthanized in Dallas on February 3. I really tried to save her and give her the best life that she could but unfortunately, my other dog is too hyper for her liking.
