Henry has been our dog for the last 7 years and now we have very young children and sadly need to find a new home for him. I no longer have the time and energy to give him the attention he deserves. He loves to cuddle, play, fetch toys and run around outside with you. He truly is the best boy, no behavioral issues, we just want to find a loving home for him with older kids or someone who has more time available to give him.

Her mom is Minnie and she came into rescue very pregnant ,malnourished , very matted, but extremely sweet and let us help her. Minnie delivered 5 babies , all of which are bundles of joy and it has been a pleasure raising them , these last 10 weeks. Everyone is up to date on vaccines and has their spay/neuter appointment coming up . They know how to use a dog door , they have been trained with reusable potty pads and love to play! They do great with the other foster dogs and they are working on crate training as well. They are loving the water and the play pools , which is awesome ! Miss Eleanor has the sweetest little heart , she seeks out cuddles and attention of affection. She can be fierce when its play time ! She isn't shy when it comes to chasing a ball or pulling her brothers tail ! She loves her little greenie chews and enjoys going outside to explore. We are still working on leash training but we started working on grooming skills at 2 weeks old. Poodles need to feel comfortable and confident with baths and hair cuts , as they will have them often in their life , so we have been working on those skills, to set them up for success! My Name is LADY I was surrendered by a family who no longer wanted to care for me. I was never groomed or bathed for the first year of my life , I gave birth to a liter of puppies and then my family stuck me in a kennel for a week, then waited for the rescue to pick me up. I came into rescue with my son MAX who is also up for adoption. My foster mom has worked with me the last 9 months building trust with grooming , baths , humans , other animals and the traveling. I am kennel trained ,I know how to use a dog door , I enjoy going for walks but I MUST be on a leash , otherwise I am a runner. I enjoy car rides and adventures . I like to get out of the house, I chase stray cats so I probably won't do well in a home with cats. I don't do well with small children who force themselves on me . I prefer to slowly build trust and take time to work on bonding with my new family. I love being a lap dog and on the couch next to you . We got Ellie out of a tough situation and she's adjusted well with living in our home. We don't know exactly what her situation was but she clearly has some trauma from abuse or neglect. She's 5 years old and her super hyper days are behind her. Oddly enough, she enjoys following our cats around and watching them more than she likes playing with our other dogs. If you have a cat and are interested in adopting a dog, Ellie would be a perfect fit.
