Story
Henry has been our dog for the last 7 years and now we have very young children and sadly need to find a new home for him. I no longer have the time and energy to give him the attention he deserves. He loves to cuddle, play, fetch toys and run around outside with you. He truly is the best boy, no behavioral issues, we just want to find a loving home for him with older kids or someone who has more time available to give him.

Story
Hi ezybody! My name is Daisy. I am a friendly, happy girl and sister to Sunny. We started our lives in Northern Arizona but found ourselves homeless before we even reached three months old. Can you imaging that? I do not know why anyone would leave us behind! Our foster mommy says we are the sweetest luv bugs. You see my sister Sunny and I are an adorable Labrador mix duo. We make everybody smile at our shenanigans! We are thriving in our foster home where the nice rescue peeps feed us and take care of us and give us toys and bring us blankets even though we drag them out the dog door so we can sunbathe! LOL! We love to be outside; playing in our pool or napping in the sun. We both love to play with other dogs, kids and humans. We know how to sit, lay down and how to walk on a leash. We are also dog door potty trained. We are about four months old. We can be wild at times like young Lab puppies are. But we are trying to learn how to have manners. Foster mommy always says ... you guys gotta sit before I give you pets! We picked that one up pretty quick. We need someone that gets us. We are gonna need some more training to learn how to live the pampered life. If you invest in us, we will smother you with kisses and cuddles and be your best friends FOREVER and EZER! Right now we weigh a little more than 25 pounds and we will likely be 70-80 pounds when full grown. We are very friendly and would prefer a house with active humans that can take us walking or hiking or even teach us to swim. I would love to go to one of those classes where I can  learn how to do cool doggie things like stay, come, shake, etc. Foster mommy says we learn really fast. I am looking to find some people that will love me and take care of me for THE REST OF MY LIFE, which could be 10-15 years. Gawd ... I do not want to end left behind again! It was scary! If you decide to love me forezer, I will shower you with kisses, hugs, and good times wherever we go together. We are up to date on our vaccinations. We have microchips and we have been spayed. If you are interested in making me a permanent member of your family, please fill out our online application: https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/. My adoption fee is $350.July 4, 2026, 12:03 am

Story
Hi, my name is Lucy, and I'm looking for my forever family! One of my favorite things in the world is belly scratches. Give me a little attention, and before you know it, I'll be rolling onto my back and waving my front paws for more.   Right now, I'm living with  lots of other pets, and we all get along well. At first, I felt a little insecure in my new surroundings, but I made friends quickly and settled right in.  I'm a quiet girl and rarely bark. Instead, I like to communicate with little grunts and other funny noises. Sometimes they even sound like a low growl, but that's just my way of talking to you!   I enjoy car rides and make a great travel companion. I also have my own crate and do well in it. There are a few times when I don't really want to go in, but once I'm settled, I'm comfortable and relaxed. When it comes to treats, I love having something to chew on, and boiled chicken mixed into my kibble is one of my absolute favorites. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle companion who loves affection, gets along with other pets, and enjoys spending time with her people, I might be the perfect match for you. I can't wait to meet my forever family. Lucy  has had dental (nice clean teeth)  and spay surgery,  she is also vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $350 helps offset the rescue's medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think she could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application* helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/ .   *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up. July 4, 2026, 12:03 am
