Story
McLarty is a sweet 1-year-old boy with a gentle heart and a shy streak. New people can make him a little nervous at first, but every day he’s growing braver—and once he realizes you’re a friend, you’ll be greeted with the biggest, happiest smile. This treat-motivated sweetheart already knows how to sit and is working hard on learning more commands. He can get a bit excited and jump up, but it’s only because he wants to give hugs and be close to his people. On walks, he pulls a little, but he loves being outside, exploring the world, and taking in every new smell. With patience, kindness, and a few snacks, McLarty blossoms. He’s a tender, loving companion who just needs someone willing to help his confidence continue to shine. Whoever welcomes McLarty into their home will be getting a true sweetheart with so much love to give.Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.

Story
Ray is an 8-month-old bundle of joy who truly lives up to his name — he’s a Ray of sunshine! This sweet pup already knows how to sit (especially if treats are involved!) and is working hard on learning other basic commands. He’s also getting the hang of leash walking and improving every day. Ray loves spending time outdoors, running around, and soaking up all the sights and smells. While he can be a little nervous at first, it doesn’t take long for his spunky, playful personality to shine through. Once he trusts you, expect lots of tail wags, zoomies, and requests for belly rubs — his absolute favorite! Story
Nelson is a calm, gentle soul who’s still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. At 2 years old, he’s discovering how to be brave — one step, one cuddle, and one treat at a time (which he takes ever so gently). He walks beautifully on a leash and has a quiet, easygoing nature that makes him a peaceful companion. While he may take a little time to open up to new people, once he trusts you, he simply wants to be loved and snuggled. Nelson would thrive in a patient, nurturing home where someone can help him build confidence and maybe even unlock his playful, silly side. With a little love and encouragement, this sweet boy is ready to blossom into the best version of himself. Are you the one who can help Nelson feel safe and cherished?Breed is based on physical features. All shelter animals are considered to be a mixture of breeds.
