Story
Saki came to me from a friend in the Central Valley; he was abandoned, and she took him in for a year and a Half. She is going through hardships and lost her home. Saki is young, about 3 years of age. I board and train dogs here at The Woods Dog Retreat, and cannot take another dog of my own. I agreed to help find this smart, amazing dog a forever home. I contacted the local shelter here in Truckee, CA, thinking they would have a broader outreach, but they are full and cannot take him at this time. Saki has done well here, even with 17 dogs. He is cuddly and affectionate and wants nothing more than to be by a human's side. I have worked him on leash, and he is doing well. I will get him neutered soon, or pay for the procedure if it is a low-cost clinic or shelter. He is a desirable dog with a quiet personality and deserves a real home. I hope someone looks at this handsome boy and says, "That's the dog for me!' Thank you for any consideration; let's get this boy a home.
