I got him from my mom. She bought him from a breadier. He is 2 years old. Will be 3 in December. He does not get along with other small dogs, but seems to be ok with other big dogs, we have a cat and he seems ok with her. I have a 2 year old, and he also seems ok with him. He does have separation anxiety and is on Trazodone for his separation anxiety. Hes ok in a crate as long as its just him in it. As he did attack our other small dog when they where sharing the crate. He is very sweet and loves cuddling and getting pet, loves to sleep in our bed with us. He would be great with a older person who is home most of the time. We do love him and wish we could make it work out, but we are moving and the new place only allows 2 pets and with him not getting along with my other dog, we feel its just not a good fit for us.

He can be a bit anxious at times, especially during storms, so he'll do best with a patient adopter who can provide comfort and a calm environment when he needs it. I adopted Louie as a young single woman from his Texas breeder when he was 8 weeks old. He just turned 8 years old on April 25. He has a torn CCL that we manage with natural pain relief, we opted for no surgery and vet says he will have a limp for the rest of his life. Our youngest baby is allergic to him. Louie is very sweet and kind to everyone. He is careful around our kids/babies, he is kind to cats and other dogs, he loves all people. He doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. He needs a family who can give him lots of love and attention. He’s very snuggly. AKC certified. Up to date on shots and dewormer, neutered and chipped
