Story
Chewie is about turn 3 years old in July. She is a lab pit bull mixed breed. We adopted her from a rescue in Georgia when she was 10 weeks old. She was found with her litter at a truck stop. Chewie has been a wonderful dog and member of our family. In June of 2025 she was diagnosed with Seizure Disorder. She takes medication twice a day to help manage her seizures. Since taking the medication, her seizures have become less severe and less frequent. She is loving and energetic. She is so playful and so sweet, she really has a great personality. She always wants to play and is excited to see everyone. We love her, but her medical expenses have become too much for us to handle. We want her to live in a home that can care for her in the way she truly deserves.
