Story
Hi! My name is Maya. I was adopted by my current owners in June of 2022. Before that I was a stray who was found wandering for who knows how long. Maya is overall a good dog. She is great with cats and has been great so far with our 2 year old son. She loves affection and being involved. Being she was a stray for so long, it did take a while to potty train her, but she is great now as long as she is let out on a consistent schedule. The only thing Maya struggles with is other dogs. She absolutely cannot be around them, which is tough. We have tried to acclimate her to them, but she gets protective. She has never hurt anyone or anything though. We are mainly looking to re-home Maya due to the fact that we just are not able to give her the life she would thrive in at this point in our lives. She needs a backyard, or at least someone who can take her on walks daily (which can be difficult if you have a lot of dogs in your area). We have little time and are expecting our 2nd child

Miles and Miles of smiles! This 2 year old male silver lab is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on all immunizations, including rabies. Miles is happy go lucky, easy going and loves to play and follow you everywhere. Miles is looking for a home that has another dog in the home and an active owner who will commit to exercising Miles daily. The adaptor should also be willing to crate train Miles as he can be destructive (loves to shred anything and everything). Miles is 100% house trained and has learned several commands, including sit, down, paw and NO! Miles is highly food motivated, which makes training easier. As he is an aggressive chewer, Nyla bone-type toys are best for him. He is happiest sitting in the couch next to his foster mom or sleeping at the foot of her bed. Miles doesnt love the car - best in the back seat. He is good with other dogs yet hasno concept of personal space! Loves meeting other people although he will jump up and put his paws on their chest. Miles has a skin allergy that requires daily medication (Apoquel) or he will constantly chew, scratch and pull out his fur. This may or may not be seasonal. Best with another dog in the home who crates when left alone. Loves to run & play fetch!   Looking for an owner, who will: Crate train Miles Provide exercise daily Cover the cost of daily Apoquel Miles is being fostered in Hudson,Ohio
