My name is Sam and I’m an 8 year old labradoodle. I’m a gentle giant and the most loving dog you will ever meet. I’m good with cats and other dogs, but a little socially awkward with dogs when getting to know them. I get a little nervous of other dogs when out of my safe spaces (like when going on a walk) but never am aggressive. I am great on walks and love to go for hikes and swimming. For a large 8 year old I still have plenty of energy and love to play.What I need is someone to give me attention and routine. I love attention and will be the perfect match for someone who has time to spend with me. I am protective of my home and have a habit of barking at people passing by the window, but I’m quick to redirect and will be great home security.I am 100 pounds of warm cuddles and love to snuggle so I know I can be the perfect companion for someone who loves the same.

He loves to play catch. He's a really good dog for adults, but he's not too good with kids he growls when little kids get close to him. He's great with adults and bigger kids just toddlers and we have grandkids and we don't wanna take a chance. Someday he housebroken everything about him is good though except for he just growls at little kids when cornered.
